Hello everyone, I eventually submitted my Vawa application In November 2020, I got my receipt and now they sent me Prima Facie determination all I have heard about is Prima Facie approval what is the difference and what is the implication of this

Omggggggg we got approved!!! I just got back from work and checked my mailbox and found the notice. We were approved on the 17th! No info online or tracker app, we just received the approval letter and it says they already forwarded to NVC. Thank You God!!!! 🙏🙏🙏

I got RFE about 3 weeks ago USCIS is questioning the maternity of my son. I responded to my lawyer by sending oir early pictures and all the evidences that i have but the lawyer is insisting i do a DNA to settle the case. DNA is expensive and i can't afford it. I just told him to use what we have..i pray iy works

Friday June 22: Card is being produced
Monday June 25: Your case approved
Wednesday June 27: We mailed your card

how many days did it take for you to get the card from the day you got notification that card is being produced and the day you received it
 

once  I 485 status changes to case ready to be schedule for approval.. expect your EAD approval in couples of days.....You are close by

I checked my status online..my. I-1765 says card is being produced..am so happy..but dont know how soon i will get the card

My PD is Feb 5 no expedite got my EAD approved on Friday

That was an expedite, most ppl been near140 days. Think we seen feb2 and feb5 so far.

My wife received hers yesterday.

GC Recieved!  Her card arrived in the mail today.  Now we just have to wait for her daughter's K2 to be processed.  I wonder how long that will take.

I raised a service request for expedite on my EAD.i Submitted in Jan but my PD is Feb 5 since then all i see is we received your mail.
I told them i needed to work badly they replied by telling me to Fax evidences.. i sent my children hospital bills and the report of one of them having chronic ear infections and the report from his school that he needed urgent medical attention.. All ENT clinics around here if you don't have insurance you will pay minimum of $ 400 deposit..i sent them the Doctor's report and referral..my spouse income is quite small and we have 3 children. i have to work
They replied by saying
The status of this service request is:   Due to the high volume of expedite requests for this case type, we are strictly enforcing the criteria that has been set for these expedite requests. While your situation appears serious, you have not provided evidence of an extreme emergent need.
