Hi guys, today I received a notification that my card has been mailed to me on May 30th. Well, it has been a long journey, I got divorced, my life completely changed, and I started my new life with a lot of anxiety and depression because of this dang process. I was so scared of getting divorce while being in the middle of an immigration process but my marriage made every day of my life a bit painful. Today I can breath, I feel happy, I feel relieved. I wish nothing but the best for the ones who still waiting. Best luck to y’all! 

@TK619 thank you so much for the info! I received my green card yesterday actually, and I can’t explain in words how happy I am. I wish you and to everybody else the best for this long process. For me, finally it’s over 😭🙌🏻 

@Ali7 That means, it's approved! Congratulations. 

Just to be safe, bring everything you can possibly bring. Especially bring originals. Once you are in the room, emphasize on the amount of papers you have, put it on your lap or something like this. Officers like to see prepared people. It shows that you care.

I had 2 friends who went through post divorce i751 interviews. Make sure to bring a lot of supporting documentation. Organize your supporting documentation, so that if anything asked of you, it’s easily accessible. Prepare your words, especially story of how you met your spouse and how it fell apart. Talk about how you tried to prevent divorce and why it didn’t work. Make your story personal, talk a lot, but choose your words carefully. Basically rehearse. Be calm, but likable. Dress business. You’ll be fine! Good luck!

Personal note:  I'm finished with this infernal immigration process, but I remember the trauma of it clearly.  I sincerely hope for rapid progress in your case.  Even if I don't respond openly, I'm cheering loudly at your announcement of success.

Legally - there is no proof of travel.  Green card is a valid legal proof of your residency in the United States, which allows you to return to the US when you are outside the country.  This stamp serves as your green card.

"Upon endorsement, serves as temporary I-551 evidencing permanent residency for one year."
Those words make it a green card. You're eligible to work and reenter the US. 

I recieved RFE on March 5th . Yesterday they updated the status that uscis recieved the rfe response . Let's see how long they take to make decision

Just received a text saying case was updated and email saying “Card/Document Production”
 
When I check the vase status via USCIS case status it says “new card is being produced”
 
I’m assuming this means we’re finally approved?!?!!?!?  ??
How can I obtain a tracking number?

Hey Everyone I was following this forum for while but I never post anything im October 3rd 2017 filler VSC my case wast transfer to TSC on December 14 then I got RFE January dont remember the date but we send everything they were asking for. on March 5th TSC recive our RFE and yesterday 20 days later my status change to NEW CARD BEING PRODUCE 
I never filled n400 

They just changed status from “new card is being produced” to “card is mailed to me” and says should be here by April 6th....if not e-request it again.

This means you will have an interview in local district office.. If you filed N400 also, it may be a combo interview.. Otherwise, it will be an interview for i751 itself..

Day 508 and I can finally say my i-751 journey is complete! My 10-year Green Card arrived in the mail today. Woo-hooo!
 
I have to give it back at my oath ceremony next month, but I did enjoy swapping out my expired 2-year Green card and getting rid of the 18-month extension letter.

I totally anderstand you, I’m in the same boat. In fact, my case  number is WAC1801700xxx, and I got transferred to NSC on November 5th, 2018 as well. It is frustrating to see how everybody else around our number gets approved. I hope we hear something soon because this wait and anxiety drives me insane.

@TK619 At least we are not alone. If I get something, I’ll let you know, but for now let’s have some hope to hear something soon🤞🏻🤞🏻

Omg, my case is the same as yours! I even have the same first few wac numbers, 18017xxx. You must be either a few cases above or down below my case. Regarding my case, I have the same updates and even the same transfer dates. I had the same situation with my biometrics as well. Thank you so much for writing, you give me some hope! I hope I hear something soon as well. CONGRATULATIONS!!! I’m extremely happy for you! 

Just saw the "new card is being produced" message!!! I filed on October 24, 2017 to CSC and transferred to Nebraska. And finally approved today. My receipt number is WAC 18024******.
 
Thank you guys for all the encouraging comments and I sincerely hope this wait would be over soon for those of you that are still waiting.
 
But the bad news is, I'm moving out of my apartment on March 23... How long did it take you guys to receive your card in the mail? I have missed receipts in this location before. If I were to change my address now to my new address, would it have enough time to change in their system?

I've been reading for about half a year but this is my first post. This morning the status of my ROC has updated to "new card is being produced". I initially filed jointly on October 14th 2017 at CSC and they received the documents on October 17th 2017. They gave me case number WAC1801700XXX. I got a status update on February 25th and another one on the 27th, 2018, on myUSCIS: "Case was received at my local office". I never received an appointment for biometrics so I submitted a "missing document" inquire. They got back to me with the info that no new biometrics are needed, they would reuse the old ones.
 
Time went by, until November 20th 2018 when my case updated again but only on the USCIS case app (iPhone) telling me that a new office has jurisdiction over my case. A week after that, I received a letter in the mail, saying that my case was transferred to the Nebraska Service Center. Then nothing again, until this morning when my status on the phone app changed to "new card is being produced". There is no update on the myUSCIS website yet. And before I forget, I did not file for N400.
 
So that's it I suppose. I wish I could pass on hope, and good wishes, and comfort, but these 17 months of waiting have been nothing short of hell on earth. And there seems to be no way of calculating/understanding the process either, which makes it so unbearable. So, I guess, it comes down to this: good LUCK to you all.

Woow!! 😀 I got my I-751 approved Today After case transferred to Mesquite, Texas  in January 11- 2019.. No interview no N400 yet..

On Friday, 03/01/2019, I received a text and an email saying that action had been taken on my case. I was very confused because when checking my case online it did not show anything!
 
To my surprise, the website updated yesterday and it now shows that my case is approved. I also received a paper notice in the mail yesterday! I am so happy!
