Example, if you are a K-1 entrant and you marry on day 90 (within the guidelines for the visa entry for AOS), how would you ever file the I-485 within 90 days? You can't.
EAD (I-765) without the the I-485 first, does has a fee requirement.
Recently, some people who married on VWP and did not file before the I-94 expired have had issues with AOS.

8/3 "received date" petitioner here.
Hard copy NOA2 in the mail today! No RFE. Approved!!!
2/20 Notice data (my timeline has been updated for everyone).
 
Special thanks to @Naes and the other data analysts that have provided their volunteer time to keep all of us informed.
A reminder that @Naes and the other volunteers are using cases (data) to estimate timelines. None of these folks represent the US Govt.
In other words, please dont send them nasty messages about the timelines they are providing. 
 
To those waiting, stay strong and happy. Your relationship will benefit tremendously. Spend the time saving, budgeting and thinking about your future relationship. Hello everybody!

I just wanted to say hi and thank everyone for posting on this forum. I only found out about this forum 5 days ago and I have been obsessed with it ever since. Knowing that there are lots of people waiting anxiously for an approval gives me so much comfort!! And see the happy people who just got their noa2 approval gives me hope and happiness, even though I am super jealous of them haha! 
I am from the Netherlands and my fiancé is in the navy. He is deployed right now and won't be back until May. This makes it a little easier for us to wait for the visa to get approved because we can't be together anyways. I can't wait until I can finally be with him again though. By the time I see him again it will be a year without seeing each other because of his deployment. So I just wanted to thank all of you for sending positive vibes through your messages on this forum. It makes me laugh!  Special thanks to @Naes , you are so helpful to everybody! ( I am sure there is a lot of good karma coming your way someday!)
Good luck to everybody who is waiting for that stupid piece of paper that will allow them to be with the love of their lives!

Hey Augustines!! We just got a notification on the app that our case has been approved!!!! No1 30th August, no2 26th February. No email/message or letter yet. Goood luck for the rest of you and thank you for keeping me sane with daily scans @Naes ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Trust me, I've seen some absurd cases in here of people forgetting to submit some crucial stuff.My fiancee literally sent 70 photos of us, she wrote the date, occasion and names of the people included in photo  We took it too far to prove them we are for real, so I guess they did not had the guts to give us an RFE

As we continue to have approvals come in, I want to caution everyone-

We are all here for you and we wish everyone a speedy proceess
But PLEASE, be careful how you post on here. There are going to be people that are approved before you AND after you.
it really breaks my heart when there are those with August 2nd etc are waiting and someone from August 25th complains about why their application is not approved. Or someone from August 15th wondering why those after them are approved.
This is not a competition- we all deserve the right to be with those we love. And we all have the right to be upset as we have been waiting for months for the opportunity to be with our loved ones. But I beg you, be considerate of others on this forum.

We need to be supportive of those approved whether they are before or after us
And be considerate of those of us still waiting.

I received a email from USCIS saying I was approved then I went on the USCIS to confirm and it says I'm approved also

August 25 filer.. We finally got approved as of Feb 26... I couldn't stop crying..I'm so full of joy.. I was so worried I was going to get a RFE but I Didn't...Thanks to the people that keep there timeline updated and everyone that keep this group informed.Thank You Jesus

Me and my partner were just approved - NOA2 186 days I'm ecstatic to put it lightly.

OK, now I'm waiting for a case number from NVC, should I go ahead and complete my 134 form and get my bank statements now? already did my taxes so I have that return, no need for letter of employment I'm self employed which is why I did my taxes already because I knew I needed the most recent return.

Yes! You can fill out your i-134 as early as now and maybe your fiancee can start filling out the DS 160 too while waiting for the case number. You're almost at the end of the race so keep going & good luck.
