Hi Guys, I just got my interview letter for

oct. just wanted to ask how should I prep up for this interview? I applied based on 3 year marriage rule. Are they going to ask us relationship based questions or us law/history based or both? Thanks in advance.

Thank you guys for replying. One other quick question. If i was to move which will require me to repot the change of address and most likely will change my field office. Do you think it will cause to delay of the whole process since i will be put back in the line of the field office?

Hi Guy, I got a IOE number I think thats because of the online filling. Do you know which center should I be looking at to get estimated process time?

Ya i did some research on the mean of Issued as well and it seems like she got it.... She is from Pakistan and yes she did have a very rough interview. She told them she needs a translator which they never provided her and the interviewer kept asking how could your parents let you go to another country without being married to your fiance (if thats his question then i dont understand the purpose of K-1 visa). He didn't want to see her pictures or txts or any other evidence. He also asked how did your fiance entered America lol that was over 20 years ago lol how is she suppose to know.... I am just hoping to see a good news otherwise i have everything ready to go for marriage visa process. BTW, thank you very much for encouraging words. It's been tough two weeks.

Hi Guy, i need a little bit of help. My fiance had her interview 2 weeks ago. The interviewer was not a happy man. Anyways, he told her that he does not believe that our relationship is real (without looking at the evidence) and told her that he is rejecting her visa but kept her passport and told her it will be sent. So i had been tracking her passport to see when will she receive it. I wanted to get the marriage visa process started but to my surprise when i checked the status today it say's "NONIMMIGRANT VISA APPLICATION ISSUED".

Anyone know what does "issued" means? Does it mean the visa was issued or the rejection was issued?

US embassy is closed due to local holiday. I will try to call them tomorrow.

Hi Guy, i need a little bit of help. I am trying to fill out the form for interview for my fiance (not DS-160) and they are asking me for "priority date". 

Does anyone know what is this date they are referring to?

Thank God. I got an email from my lawyer telling me that he received NOC2 but for some reason USCIS's website is not updated and my fiancé has not received anything. anyone knows whats up with that?

Does anyone know how often do they update the "USCIS Processing Time Information" on USCIS website? Its on Jun 27 right now.

It cannot be said enough. Look through my previous posts in this thread. They've lied to me every single time I've called. I don't know HOW people get actual answers out of them, because they rarely say anything useful.

 

I know you guys just wanted answers too, but really, it's so not worth your time. I've now become paranoid about my case since I called so much -- and I don't like it. 

 

That being said, you can call me for $5 and I'll tell you that you're in normal processing times, that you might get approved and that your application is still being processed.

Jaquelly, I can do one better. You can give me $5 and I will send you an email saying that you approval is on its way and you will receive it in next 35-40 days lol

So just got off the phone with tier 2. He told me that my case is still with in processing time and he doesn't have the access to see if its in background check or anything else. The only thing he is can check for is if they have sent us any information or is the application is still under process. So I am not sure who is lying this rep or the other reps ppl from this form have been talking to....................I just don't know what to trust anymore. Only if they can give us a straight answer we can stop calling them and they call volume will go down.

Oh boy, why cant I get someone like that on the phone..... I get hit by the worst ones....... I hope all of us can get done with this process soon

How many July 3 filers are left?

I don't know how many of you guy have experience with USCIS but I have. Their process is so bad that if it was a company, it would go out of business with in a week. They lie to your face trying to make you feel like you are going crazy. Last year, after waiting for 17 years,  I got my date in front of the USCIS officer for citizenship and that man didn't even give me 17 minutes to prove that I am and will be a productive part of this society. He didn't even ask how I make my money or even check my tax returns (which are the two basic of being a productive citizen). He asked me for some BS paper which was not even on the list provided to me by USCIS and told me I would have to wait.....Outside in the waiting room, I saw an old Hispanic lady praying holding a cross in her hands and few raw up I saw a Muslim lady with her daughter doing the same thing. There was so much fair in everyone's eyes. They make you feel like s$^t. Get ready, this is just the beginning. Grab a beer and vodka shots and try to come up with stories to tell you grandkids cuz once everything is said and done its worth it to go through all this .

Oh Boy... I am tired of their lies. They talk to you as if you are in first grade. I spoke to Tier 1 and 2 they both told me "USCIS is working on June first" so I pointed out according to USCIS notice they were working on June filers on October 31 as you can see it on top of your grid. Their answer was "I don't know what do that date is, its a wring date". You are kidding me right..... Sorry about my complains....... I just had to let this out lol..... anyways congrats to all the approvers today.

Louis you are not alone. I am also July 3. They went around my case. They approved the case before and after my case. I don't know what to do at this point but wait. They did the same thing with me last year when I applied for my citizenship.... Any of you guys know how can I get in touch with tier 2? Good luck everyone
