You can renew EAD and AP at 180 days before the combo card expires (I think); it's still free. Your NOA1 from EAD renewal qualifies as an extension, but that doesn't work for AP.

Currently EAD/AP takes about 4 to 6 months according to USCIS processing times estimates. You will be notified only when approved and the card will come in the mail.
AOS takes a heck of a lot longer and is dependent on the processing times of your local FO. After you receive the "ready to be scheduled..." notice it can take months or sometimes a year+. You will not receive any correspondence until the actual interview has been scheduled.

I765 and I131 are processed at the National Benefits Centre.
 
I485 is processed at your local FO so you'll have to determine what that is before looking up the estimated times for your FO. You can do that here:

Now we are issued and just waiting to receive the email allowing me to schedule the passport pick up. Hope to POE still this week, we couldn't be more excited! I'm happy to see that everyone is moving smooth too!

I'm sorry, I wasn't coming to visa journey in the last few days. I would focus only on trips in between September and now, I got just 10 pics, me and him, is and family/friends, in famous places to prove the city and that is it. Hope I could help, even this late 

And visa is ISSUED! 😍 This is the best feeling ever! 

In my case, they wanted all items on the checklist, and for evidence of support that meant the I-134, tax return (1040, only the two first pages), and employer's statement. For evidence of relationship, they took the pictures I brought from the four last times we met (two pictures for each trip/visit), a copy of some chats from Facebook messenger, and plane tickets for both me and my fiancé from our trip about a month ago. So they pick and choose what they want. In my case, the seemed to focus on reconciling the income in line 22 in the 1040 with the income stated in the I-134. So if there's a difference between the two, bring support as to why. Relationship evidence will vary for everyone but they seemed happy with the fact that I heavily focused on the time that's passed between the I-129F filing and now. Good luck

the embassy appointment went well and they send out the visa/passport tuesday!!!
initially i wanted to go pick it up but the travel (3 hours in the AM and 5.5 hours back) is too much, so i'll just have them ship it to me...

Doesn't matter. I purchased three one way tickets with no issues in my wife's travels to USC. Don't buy a ticket till you have your visa and passport in hand. I have seen too many cases that were delayed and they had to reschedule their tickets at a heavy penalty. It never works out well.

I had called Delta a short while back asking about if we book a flight and change it and the associated costs.  We then talked about the final flight being one way, and the ticketing agent said to book round trip and just don't use the second part of the ticket because one way tickets are way more expensive.

We are all going a lil bit crazy  but if you put high school and college why it would matter until before that... But whatever, right? And it looks like it could be a brazilian thing too, since Is in the instructions in the embassy website. 

We actually just received Packet 3 from the Manila Embassy!!!  That is such a rare occurrence I wanted to share. Countdown has started for tomorrow’s interviews!!!

Waiting for the NVC case number (day 10 today) but I learnt there’s no date available for interview till June 18 as of today... so I’m chill as I can’t do anything anyway hehe
