    There is another member from SF who filed in October and just got her interview date a couple weeks ago. She filed under 5-year rule and has been a resident for a long time just like me. So it's really unpredictable 😕

    Thank you! I filled last January 10th under 5 years rule, USCIS is a mystery 😂

    I did receive an email from the USCIS titled "We have taken an action in your case". I thought there were no more email notifications so I don't know if that's a new thing.

     

    I'm really excited because I had a terrible week last week (unrelated to the process), and I was prepared to wait several more months based on the recent timelines of other members in San Francisco. Woohoo!


    Congratulation!! Make sure to have a few shots of espresso before your interview 😃 glad to see SF FO finally moving.

    absolutely! I applied for I-751 waiver

     

    copy of marriage certificate 

    copy of final divorce decree 

    Joint health insurance 

    joint car insurance 

    joint rental insurance 

    Joint rental lease

    joint tax return

    joint bank account statement 

    joint of Credit card statement 

    Copy of tickets (trips inside the US)

    copy of ticket (trip outside thebUS)

    Copy of receipt of our wedding rings...

    over 100 pictures with friends and her family with tags n names...

    4 affidavits from friends 

    copy of IDs with same address 

    a statement explaining how the relationship started and how it ended

    Got the notification "New Card Is Being Produced" out of nowhere today. Thought I was tripping for a sec because I wasn't expecting any updates at all. Here is my timeline and I hope ALL OF YOU WILL BE RECEIVING THIS NOTICE SOON!

    March 4, 2021 The fingerprints relating to your Form I-751 Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, were taken.
    January 13, 2021 We transferred your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, to another USCIS office that now has jurisdiction over your case.
    January 12, 2021 Your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, was transferred to another USCIS office.
    September 10, 2020 We received your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence.

    Timeline: Filled end of July, transferred to NBC early January, approved today. Like other people, I never got the alert on the biometrics re-use.

     

    Thanks, everyone for the help. I will be in here a few more days in case people have more questions. I will be filling for citizenship in July - when my window opens.

    Not at all, it’s actually a good sign! Lot of ppl (WAC) got the same notice recently. I they do this in order to speed up the process.

     I’m also WAC, but haven’t received anything yet. When did you get the update?
