But Really- the easiest thing to do here is 1) wait and see if you get a paper approval in the mail. Those usually take about a week. or 2) Call USCIS and see if you can get a Tier II to confirm your approval.

Monitor the APP tracker on your phone or on line and after about 30 days or so they should update to show case withdrawn.

If they approve your case via noa2 before they input the withdraw then it will be much much longer and more work to withdraw as you will have to try to stop it a NVC but it will only be there in the system for a few days.

Once it is sent to embassy then you will have to contact them for withdraw.

 

Anyway hopefully you can get the letter to CSC with NOA 2 ASAP.

Is there anyone else from july 3 or july filer waiting for noa2 like me? We called the uscis they said our case is still pending .... They read the same messege that we get while we check status ..... I think our normal time has been over.... We cant do anything except waiting .... Just so panic
