You can download the app for iPhone or Android.  Just search USCIS Case Tracker in the app store.  I use iPhone and the app is called "Case Tracker".  You can put in you WAC# and get updates (if they happen to update you).  Rose uses that app in The Philippines so it should be available worldwide.

No real point.  We all wish we knew.  There is just no way to try to justify their approval schedule.  I do believe that July and August will have it much easier than May and June.

No reason to be sorry.  I hope I didn't't sound short with you.  It is just very difficult to figure out what is going on.  On top of the weirdness in approvals, only SOME get updated online.  Some people only get their approvals in the mail.  We are all guessing.

Thank you ..... You are so kind 😊😊 yes they should update it online too so that beneficiary can also know when they check status.....otherwise sometimes petitioner may not be able to check mail

Well....you would think that is an easy question.  Currently they are working on April, May, June, July, August and there have been approvals in October and November...  It is easier to NOT try to figure out what is going on.

They are working on many months simultaneously would probably be the best answer.

Yes, you are "officially" a July filer.  You may hear something very soon.  July approvals are happening pretty consistently right now.

Hang in there.  Just a little longer.  Forget about the process.  Focus on other things.  We tend to forget the touch, the smell, the warmth of our loved ones when we are apart.  Keep those things at the top of your mind.  The wait is just time.  Each second that passes is one second closer.  Forget about the wait and remember the hugs, smiles & kisses.  Be strong.  No matter how many inquiries or phone calls we make, we will be approved on their timeline not ours.  Please relax and remember the love.

What about emailing one of the addresses that John had shared yesterday? Worth a shot

If the petitioner cancel the process just before 3 months after having noa1 in ausgust will it show case status with the receipt number?

CO is the Consular Officer.  They give the interviews at the Embassy.

There is really no way to guess.  My case is outside of the norm but there is still no way to guess what USCIS is doing.

If you have your NOA1 it has a WAC number.  You can track yourself with that.  It also has the "Received Date".  That is what we use here to determine when you filed.

Yes i have my wac number i track my case it says it receives ur case on july 3 2017.... Is it the date of filing application?

  7. 7 minutes ago, John & Rose said:

No.  The rule is that you have to meet within 2 years of filing the paperwork.  You have done that.  The issue now is proving that your relationship is real.  That is up to the CO at the interview.

Oh thank you john and rose i got ur point that means meeting before 2 years of filinh ....a sigh of relief ..... Co means what? In the interview we have phone call records video chats and all thank you for the information lots of love ...... But why no noa2 upto now its really hurt being away from him i miss him all the time ..... Any guess when will they issue our noa2? And my fiance forget the date of filing our case how to find out that we just no the case recieved i mean noa1 date

They have May to November in the last few weeks.  It is all a guesstimate.  They started August but there are still a good number of June and July filers waiting.

246 mygoodness ..... Yes we filed after a year we met phycially who knew that uscis could this much longer to issue noa2 ..... Its very expsnsive to meet again until uscis issues now2 .... Or they wont issue now2 if it becomes 2 years?

And nepal users how to find?

We are at day 246.  I feel your pain.  The 2 years is prior to filing.  You may want to work out a way to meet again since it is up the to the CO to determine if the relationship is bona fide.  Try to work it out so they will not have any questions at all.  Good luck.

As far as I am aware, the 2 year meeting is only for being able to file the petition...

Now, that being said, at interview if it's been 2+ years since either of you saw eachother, depending on the embassy, that could look bad.

But again a lot of us are apart 1+ years, we hadn't seen eachother in a year and a half by his interview; but again can depend on the embassy.

Perhaps reach out to some other Nepal users and look through their timelines and see how their experiences were when dealing with the embassy.
