*Sigh* October processing hits 30 days today. Guess our wishes have not been realized. Hopefully it starts tomorrow. Let's hope for a speedy November and December guys! Almost there. 

Omgg..... can they just start January already hahaha. We still have November and December to go  i hope they do 2 months in one months so they can start January soon haha!  is that too much to ask?

I’m on day 100th now. I feel like we just filed yesterday . Never thought its been 100days(not to mention my depressing and anxious days 😂😂😂).

We are still a week from 100 days but yes, feels a bit like an achievement. A little. Hoping that means we’re all just over halfway to getting our NOA2!

Yeah I just hit that day myself and it does feel like it wasn’t that long. I sure do hope it’s not that much longer. I’m hoping Jan 2018 filers will start receiving NOA2s in late May throughout June. It can’t get here any faster.

Anyone get super excited to see you hit their 100 day mark?  I was away presenting at a conference and came home to see our case was recieved 101 days ago!  It doesn't seem that long ago and that makes it seem like the rest of the days will go by fast too!  

I believe it’s an expedited case. Just correct me if I’m wrong.

So we’ve been dating a year in March. So last year, being only a month in, we did a normal Skype call. I’d also sent a birthday care package (balloons, I think a teddy, plastic champagne glass, party hat etc). My birthday in August we did a dinner/movie date: cooked a meal at the same time (very late dinner for him and lunch for me), dressed up and then watched Beauty and the Beast. 😎
 
For his birthday this year, I’ll call him on the day to wish him happy birthday (since I’ll be at work, only a quick call) but on the weekend he has a day off and we’re going out. We are both going to Outback Steakhouse in our own towns and will FaceTime while there. Yep, sounds lame but we’re keen to do something different and creative! Plus we went to Outback steakhouse to celebrate engagement so should be fun ☺️ And as I say to other people: you do you have to do when in an LDR! You HAVE to get creative and be a little lame. 
 
I’ve seen a few cake ideas e.g actual cake sites that deliver and a diy crafty (realistic piece of cake) you can make and send! 

I think this "touched" business is for those doing Spousal Visa. I've seen it often with them
I don't think it applies to us K1 folks

Yes they should start Jan 2 In 70 days ish if. They continue the same pace as they have for the past 3 months. They are averaging just under 30 days a month: now just bc they hit a day doesn’t mean you will be finished on that day. It takes 30 days after they hit your day to touch most cases on that day. If you are “lucky” one your case will be one of the first ones they touch on that day.

Definitely. When no one else in ‘real life’ gets it, it’s sooooooooooo encouraging to have people who do!
 

Hopefully most - if not all of you, will be on similar timelines for the steps after K1, could be we hang around for a while! But let's hope it's a smooth journey for all of us <3

I couldn’t agree more to your comment. I am glad that we are getting a good support from each on this forum. We may not know each other here but thank you guys I never felt any discrimination from all of you. We may be ending this nerve wracking  journey pretty soon but people here on this forum, this thread and casual friends will remain forever. 

Have you also looked at every possible outcome? I've gone through Brazilian consulate reviews, paperwork checklists, DS-160 instructions, etc a million times over. I actually filed my taxes at the end of January just so I could get the return ready for the I-134 (which I already filled out , just so that it's ready to go). I even pulled his federal police certificate just to see if I could haha
