My I-751 was transferred early this year  from YSC to NBC in Lee's Summit, Missouri  and within 2 months of transfer, I got my 10 yrs GC without interview. My N400 was filed in December 2021, waiting for interview at Baltimore, MD. 

Depends. If you are in the early phases of i751 (which you are not, its almost 2 years), like if your file is just waiting in queue to be seen, then n400 can help. If you had your biometrics, interview done or waived, or in queue for interview, then most probably your n400 will cause your i751 to be pulled out from i751 queue & put in n400, & thus follow the n400 timeline.
 
But still, I would do n400 if eligible, because one would do it at the end of i751, so why waste time & start it now.

I filled in October too but  I haven't heard anything from them I see USCIS updated  their website saying they are extending  from 18  to 24 month processing time

I'm in the same situation. Filed October 2 at SRC and Transferred November 12. Nothing since. I have read that we got transferred for interviews but not sure.  October we will be fillin N-400 and we will see what happens.

From what I feel, NBC got a large load of files from SRC. They are working on it but it is pretty random thats what people with random dates getting approvals and not in any order. 
Other reason probably could be how early you get your security/background clearance. Some names/people take longer then others. 
 
All this is assuming of course that your case is strong enough to be waived the interview.

Based on my findings on this forum and other forums, 9 out of 10 SRCs are getting their cases approved without any interview, after being transferred to NBC. 
I'd say to be on the look out for the approval any moment from now.  They are moving faster that I had imagined.

In some cases USICS is using old biometric that they captured during your AOS, it might be worth checking by contacting USCIS.

safe journey to the USA, Iam still waiting email to pick up the passport .it would be good if someone give us those information.

Anyone in GTA area hmu. We  really need to form a support group. If there could be say, 50 of us, sending a signed letter and send a copy each to all our (U.S.C)'s senators, perhaps they can look in to why Montreal is being so slow. Just an idea.

PSA: To those who recently had interviews or have interviews coming up, I would ask them for specific instructions regarding document pickup BEFORE going to the consulate. Just because your CEAC tracker says "Issued" doesn't mean your passport is ready yet. They are a bit behind on stuff at the consulate, so it may take a few days longer.
 
A few of us had interview 10/17, but our visas were issued the day after because the strike hadn't taken off yet. I would give it an extra week before contacting!

10/24. He is picking up his visa on Monday.

I picked up my stuff on Monday and the lady said they were backed up in general due to the strike aka replying to emails, updating websites, and finalizing visas, so maybe send them a quick email in a few days?

I'm sorry you haven't gotten yours yet. From what I have read, they are sending emails when the passport is ready. I'm hoping this strike is over with ASAP so people don't have to make multiple trips out to Montreal.
