I ended up buying a Cebu Pacific ticket due to issues with booking with PAL online. The flights seem to be consistent, I just hope it's not cancelled as there are only a couple flights per day to choose from

Yes, she has a appointment at St Lukes. As of now all that is required is boarding pass, ID and Traze app.
 
It's not great but at least St Lukes and the Embassy are still open.

We are still waiting for the CRBA + passport, been almost 4 weeks now. We applied at the consular office in Cebu and they told us 5-6 weeks.
 
However, it seems like most folks applying directly at the Manila Embassy have their CRBA +  passport in hand in about 14 - 21 days max.

Yes, I first saw this shared in the K1 facebook group. It is listed as grounds for an expedited K1 interview, along with 2 or 3 other reasons such as Military etc.
 
For K1 applicants with cases already at the Embassy awaiting interview, it appears they were in some cases able to get a dual K1 / CRBA interview.
 
I have reached out to the Embassy, I'll update when I hear back from them what there response is to my situation. I'm going to assume they will tell me to wait until our baby has her passport already before they will request our K1 from NVC, but will have to see what they say.
 
Our daughter is already 3 months + as it has been a long process to get the birth certificate, we had to send documents back and forth from the US to PH and I had to go into a PH consulate in person to acknowledge paternity.
 
 
 
 
 

I used DHL twice and it's pretty fast, usually 1 week from USA to PH. It's about $80 to send an envelope of documents.
 
The advantage of DHL is it's door to door. If you use for example USPS, once it arrives in Manila it's delivered by the local postal service.

Yes, there is a specific form you need to notarize: DS-5507 and DS-3053 and include in the documents you send to the Philippines. I'm in the same situation.
