Hey, sorry to hear that. Maybe try calling again and ask to talk to a level 2 person? They may say you need to wait longer before it can be escalated but worth a shot regardless. In the meantime, you could check your application packet (if you made a duplicate) to spot any obvious mistakes.

Because of this very fear, I checked their website the morning of the day I shipped by package. Cannot be too sure haha.

Received NOA 1 letter for 18 months extensions today 04/23. Got the text message two days ago 04/21. 
So blessed with the smooth process. Hope it will continue the same for all of us.

Hey, i wanted to ask you if you used UPS or USPS? I used USPS and it arrived to the P.O box on the same date as yours, but i still have no answer. I wonder if that is because USPS doesnt deliver directly to USCIS and the mail needs to get picked up from the postal office.

Our application was received on 4/2. I forgot to submit a G-1145, but just saw that the funds were deducted from my account today 4/23. 

Just got notification from USCIS . They received my case.

My application was received 4/2. Just saw a pending charge on CC. No notification yet, but I guess it coming soon. All the best everyone!

Application received 4/1, got a text notification today that states official receipt notice to follow in the mail. The cash has also been taken from our account. My receipt number begins with LIN, which I can see is the Nebraska service center. Good luck all  
 

Congratulations 

We had our AOS Interview in Cleveland on 4/30/19 where the outcome was "recommended for approval".  We got the approval message on 5/1/19 via the new site and now everything has updated to card has been mailed as of today (5/3/19)! We were so thankful for a quick interview date since we were still waiting for the EAD (which is now not necessary with the green card coming). Good luck to everyone still waiting!

Tuesday 8/7 after 239 days and a RFE we received our approval. Thanks to all the posters who give insight and support to one of the most stressful journeys you can under take.

Had our interview today in Kievand the visa was approved, hurrah!  It’s a beautiful day.  We’d have been so lost and despondent without Visajourney.com. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart for providing and contributing to this invaluable service.

On Friday I received notification that our case was approved on August 1st, and today I received the letter. Sorry for not updating everyone sooner, but I was out of state.

It sounds like we will still have a bit of a wait for an interview in Brazil, so I'm trying to manage my expectations, but it is finally starting to feel real! YAY!
