So I am the petitioner, do I get the packets(when ever they recieve my paperwork at NVC, noa 2, 5/21) or does my fiance in England get them?

Submit everything you can get ( eg bank statements ) and just fill it out the best you can.

Quick question. I was in my last year of college last year so my grandfather will be the sponsor for my fiance. So he filled out the I-134 (he is retired but makes enough a year) do I still need to fill one out as well? If so, will just showing my college transcripts be enough evidence? Also if I have to fill one out as well Should I mention I start my new job June 1st?

I hope they do! Everyone deserves an approval today! I was approved through the old website. So Nov 22nd and approved May 21st! I'll update my timeline.

Ok so you want me to give a list of statuses on the part I group under touched?

It is as it says Received date 22 Submitted date and notice date 27. If you read carefully you will see the new site says nothing about the received date.

So that means I really am the 27th not the 22nd 😔.

So my NOa1 paper says recieved date nov22nd but notice date is the 27th. Now looking at the old website it says NOA1 acceptance was Nov 22nd but the new Website says Nov 27th. Which one do I believe? I really hope it's the 22nd.

Ok guys on a serious note. My friends are going through the same thing but his fiance apparently smokes weed or did till about a few weeks ago. It looks like they won't be approved till July anyways but he is worried if she says yes on the medical questionnaire  they will ban her. He thinks she should just say no I haven't done drugs and hope they don't test her. Course he asks my opinion and I'm honest abe over here. What should I tellhim? Do they always drug test?

Which one for the affidavit of support are we supposed to fill out? Someone told me the I 864 so my grandfather and I filled out one separately bc hw is a joint sponsor but then I see that we need the I 134 but that doesn't really suggest have a box to select if he is retired and I am unemployed (full time college student).

Before next week starts and most likely for us to see some October approvals, I wanted to add;

Remember! The first 2 weeks is when they will focus strongly on the month before!

All those from September hopefully is to see some good clear up!

 

For October; @Daniel P will be doing scans daily, however as he is still with his fiance till Tuesday (this is like the one thing we all hush  ), if there's any movement I'll be updating you as well  

I did one on October last week and saw some number of withdrawals, which usually happens 1 or 2 weeks before the month starts! So Good luck!!

 

We finally said a nice goodbye to our long waiting May filers this week by them getting their noa2s,

Hope next week we can have the same for Junies as well!!!
