I am thinking that last week of February to March we will see something (little but something)

but remember im a positive person 😂 Don't throw stones at me later for lying.

I'm happy and sad to say at the same time august seems more focused right now; had 430 approvals (not even the movement but approvals) in the first 2 weeks, and also a lot of only mail approvals.

    Oh look a September!

Am am the sponsor,  I do know in the past when I have cashed out one of my retirement plans. I received an annual tax notice of it being taxable income. Of course it was double taxation because of my age.

Oh I will have him grab all the information then from his tax guy. I'm sure my grandfather keeps everything but gest get it off his guy! Ty guys! I know this is far in advance but I'm keeping hope that Mr. BEAN takes on all November filers lol

Now that I can't answer... did you try searching the forum cause I'm sure I saw this question quite a few times.

I will take a look through out the forums!

Wouldn't her grandfather get a yearly tax statement from whomever is issuing his monthly annuity payments? If so I'm thinking his monthly retirement would be considered taxable income and he would could go online for free at IRS.gov and print out his annual tax transcripts if he has been filing taxes still in the last few years. Just a thought I am no tax expert but I do know you can print a copy of your annual wages and tax transcript for each yr on IRS.gov after your taxes have been finalized each yr.

I think you might be right. I'll check the forums and ask around some more. Maybe his tax guy will know.

I don't think you really need to. U.K. Concentrates on the co-sponsor. But still fill out a i-134 even if you don't meet the requirements (you can add the transcript if you like just as a precaution) because even though normally U.K. Doesn't ask for the sponsor who won't be providing, somebody actually got stuck the other day because of it.

Thank you! I'll fill it out just in case. You never know! Ok another question bc the lawyer we asked didn't help at all. My grandfather  is retired, he makes plenty on retirement a year but what does he need paperwork wise  if he is retired he obviously doesn't get W2s

The lies oh the lies they tell.

they have no clue so they just talk what comes to their mind to shut the person up! Beleive me it's ridiculous!

dont worry about the work place change by the way just state it in the i-134 when giving it at the interview.

those petitions are signed with a date, meaning they were correct on that date. That's all it's needed.

Ty! Quick question, I am a college student and took the year off last year to concentrate on finishing my degree and of course visiting my fiance. I have a cosponsor (grandfather) should I prove I am a college student(give my transcript to fiance for interview with the affidavit of support I fill out)?

So I called in yesterday after this and asked a couple of questions, because like so many of us I received the update text. Outside of update question, my primary call was because I change divisions within my company so I wanted to clarify I was still working for the same company but just in a different division.  Anyway, whether our files are being touched or not I do know the rep I spoke to told me we would probably get a RFE for I-134 affidavit of support since we didnt send it in with our intial application. She would neither confirm or deny if the file had been touched or give estimated time lines. She only said everything looks good so far other than the probable request for the I-134 and to wait until we get official notice if we need to send it or not.

I thought we didn't do that till the interview? Well that's an easy fix. I'll get mine all ready to send out!

Ok, I will check that too. But I wouldn't put both of them in one crate. My two just tolerate each other but they are not really in love. Plus I read it is recommended that they have their own crate.

I was thinking separate crates but they get a long really well and hate being separated plus the airline said it might help de-tress them a little.

  8. @Jrsg1989@Jrsg1989 yeah I kind of figured they would drug test but someone said nope it for STDs.  I was just surprised haha. Yeah we were trying to figure out if they would make him get his flu shot since it looks like maybe July he will be over there if we get approved. He wouldnt need one that time of year I hope. Are you excited for your next step?!
