The OP filed in 2020, must have received 12, 18 or 24 month extension.
Worth requesting 48 month extension.
The only question is whether GC was taken away when I-551 was given. I heard this happens.
Yes my green card was taken away when my stamp was given and I do have a 48 month receipt

Yes you should be able to get another stamp. Is everything OK with your marriage to US citizen who sponsored you?
Unfortunately we had a divorce based off irreconcilable differences,so I filled with a divorce waiver along with the divorce decree.

Moved from Jamaica in mid 2019 at age 22 .moved to Pennsylvania 🥰.the weather is not as sweet as in the Caribbean but I do enjoy winter, drinking hot chocolate ,going to diners ,the parks are so beautiful, the 24 hours gyms,a little over a year ago I drove to newyork by myself ,man I was so excited and so scared at the same time.seeing so many people from all walks of life ,I work as a sales rep for a beverage company so I travel alot to small towns and stop at random restaurants for random meals😂.unfortunately I've gotten divorced 8 months ago so I've been on my own ,I worked 2 jobs for a while until I could afford my own studio and bought a Camaro too.and I also take care of my family back home.most people have been really welcoming and really nice. I cook alot of Caribbean food for my friends too.it can be hard at times especially on your own ,but this place is motivating ,just working hard and being smart can give u a bright future.

Apologies, I mis-read the question, the first part is key. Since you are no longer married, you would leave it blank.
Again, apologies, and Good Luck!
Thank you..🙏 have a nice day

Since you are no longer married (you did not mention you have remarried), you should check No.

For real? Getting mad for not sending money when you couldn't?Wow. I know people act as if we just get money from the side of the road. I work so hard while going to school full time and still send all the hard earned money home. And they only have to go to school. So frustrating!
I send 20%back home every month 😂😂😂that's to Jamaica .if I send 90% il probably be homeless here and they would be wealthy there 😂🏝...I know il always send thou ,especially for my mom, cant bear the thought of her not having groceries,
-
It's the same thing In the Caribbean, I would send money every month ,when I couldn't afford to send it,they would be upset .so I just stop for like 6months.before u can help anyone ,you have to ensure your helping yourself first.even people who never reached out to before will reach out to you when your living in America. I still send money to my mom and my sister from time to time when I can afford it..but I control what I send .in America you have to work very hard ,and it's even more difficult coming from a tropical climate to work in the snow..

Thank you ,I appreciate it

Thank you .appreciate it

You don't need a lawyer. A lot of marriages break down, USCIS knows this hence the waiver option.
You have enough evidence, IMHO.
Once you have the divorce decree you can file for ROC, even if it is not February 2021 yet.
Good luck.
Thank you..all the best to you too.stay safe

UNFORTUNATELY I will be removing my conditions of my 2 years green card alone .it expires in feb 2021.ive been doing alot of reading and found out I would have to apply for a waiver with the the divorce decree and evidence of a bonified marriage. Would it be best to use and attorney?were going through a mutual consent divorce. We really love each other but things have gotten soo toxic and we cannot be around each other without arguement so I had to move out and get a place of my own.
For my I 175 waiver package I will be able to provide
*Copy of the lease from when we lived together
*Evidence of a join savings account
*2019 tax return filed as "married filing jointly "
*Copy of both of your drivers liscense showing same address
***photos of us together after i migrated to America
***copy of documents showing she was the main beneficiary on my work life insurance..
****affidavits from persons who knew us.
***copy of document showing we were on the same car insurance policy....
She said she will write an affidavit saying the marriage was in good faith (not sure if she will thou)
Is that enough evidence to remove with a waiver ? ,and should I start saving up to hire a lawyer?I honestly still do love her alot but this is for the best. Thanks in advance for the informative and helpful feedback. Wishing everyone safety during this pandemic

No you won’t need a lawyer. Lawyer can not do ANYTHING. You have enough documents and you still will fill the application. So what is the reason for lawyer big payment?
I was thinking because I'm using a waiver it would've been a more delicate situation,I will just read more on the process and get more familiar. Thank u
