This literally happens to me every week, my family and friends keep asking why it's taking so long, why the visa isn't out yet, how things are moving, etc. This does get frustrating, but hopefully all this will be an old memory and we will all be reunited with our loved ones. This does make our relationships stronger. At least you got to go visit him too, I feel trapped here because I can't. And he has so much work now that he can't visit again. I really hope this b2 visa I just applied to gets approved. I really miss him in person, I feel like I'm engaged to my phone and computer. 

No, sorry I might have not explained well or miss spelled fiancee. My future husband is a male and I am a female. So no same sex. He asked for a b2 visa for me for 3 weeks. Fingers crossed they grant it.

There wasn't an option on my visa application to say that I had a k1 pending. But I did say I had a fiance in America and that he is paying and asking for this b2. I looked up all the requirements and I have every thing they are asking for. The only thing I am worried about is that they deny me. They shouldn't normally because I am leaving my 7 year old son behind with my father and he is also included in my k1 visa. I will tell them every thing on the interview day and also show all my proof and paper work I have. My interview date is the 19th. This is taking so long we filed 23 june and my fiance bought a house and was hoping for us to move there by now and now he needs my help. Fingers crossed they have a heart and give me the b2.

Hello everyone, I booked an appointment at the consulate for next week to get a b2 visa to go see my fiancee. I just wanted to know if it will be a problem while I still have the k1 pending. But I I'm leaving my son here and I have strong ties to my homeland for proof for the day of the interview. Should I say that I have a k1 on the way? Please help. My fiancee visited me 2 times this year and he can't with his job now so he sent me a letter asking for them to grant me a visitors visa for 3 weeks because this is taking so much time. Do you guys think they can deny my a tourist visa?

Hello everyone. I hope everyone gets approved soon. Quick question can I still apply for a B2 visa while waiting for my k1 to be approved? I will be visiting my fiance in texas for about 3 weeks and leaving my son here with family. Would that be possible. I'

I think I am supposed to stay here to help people who are having a much more difficult time with the wait. Lol. Devine Providence.

My fiancé and I applied June 29 and I am getting so impatient waiting on an approval 😔.I was praying Santa would bring me an approval. That’s all I really want for Christmas

Don’t feel that way. No, they didn’t really rock it today but they did approve some petitions. Every petition approved is one closer to yours. We are right on the edge now. You made it through 5 months. What is another day or two?  This is happening. Relax and know that each second that passes is one second closer to your loved one!

Yes i hope so...i put June 27th..mistake..im june 26th..lol.. I too hope we hear something very soon I can't take this it is extremely stressful I'm trying so hard to be positive because I know that I want to be with him for the rest of my life and he wants the same but we all know it's not easy and sometimes it gets to me so I'm hoping it happened so soon until then I can only keep praying for patience
