Just received the official email as well pertaining to the NVC In Transit change!  

Yay.... Checked today and case is. "In Transit" just in time for my medical on the 7th of July  and just received the email from the NVC with the letter attached a few moments ago! wohoooo
 
Next stop embassy / interview booking!

Case # Assigned 6/18 

Yes that makes sense that they said that, from what I saw I believe in the post was that batches ended up sending 5/15, 5/29, 6/12.. so if that is the trend it looks like every other Tuesday is what they did for the past 3 send outs.

Oh my goodness! So LONG, I would be going crazy.. I am on borderline of feeling anxious that everything isn't moving along.. I have seen in previous comments that people have seen trends of every other week one day a week that they send out batches off to the necessary embassies, so I'm hoping for this week. It's reassuring to know that at least we are at this stage and not the NOA1-NOA2 stage because that was so difficult, but at the same time now that we are this far along it makes you want everything that much more quicker

Case # Assigned 6/18 

The medical in Ecuador cannot be scheduled until an interview appointment has been made.  I also wanted to save time by doing this ahead of time.  Fiancee called the medical center and was told a print out with the interview date was needed.

Ahhh lots of London members! That's great that all of you can relate to one another and reference each other during the process  My fiance is from Spain and although I feel as if everything will go smoothly, we have a lot of steps throughout the way.. waiting for packet 3 to be email to my fiance, then mailing back packet 3, then waiting for packet 4 from the embassy, then he can book his medical and interview after packet 4 is received 

Some consulates allow, some don't, so just clarify with possibly another VJ member from the same country in order clarify, that's the best reference for someone who recently has gone through it, or the country's forum on VJ
