NOA2 APPROVED !! Exactly one month after i got the RFE letter. So happy

My case said yesterday sent to department of state.dose this mean uscis has mail my case to nvc finally ?

Hello, I don't know if you guys have heard of a feature of the USPS that provides you with scanned images of your mail before actually arriving. This way you would know what's in your mail before getting delivered to you. I find it helpful to know what's in my mail so that I don't spend the whole day wanting to get off work to check if there is something from the USCIS.

My NOA1 (the date they send the letter) is listed as the 23rd but my priority date (date they processed my application and listed in the PD section of the letter) is the 21st

Wow, my husband just got the mail now. They only requested for my passport photographer. Though he added it previously, it wasn't the size the requested for.But my husband can't send it in till Monday when he's off work. He resume work 9am and post office off 9am too.

I just received an online update “name updated” does this mean someone is probably working on my petition? Can someone please help i feel like im gonna have a heart attack at work 😰😰

A good friend of mine (VJ user EDurevic) got her NOA2 in the mail today. It was a surprise as she is a March filer at Nebraska Service Center.

Looks like they must be approving March cases

The website may show it was updated on Dec 1, but they day they're approving (January 14) is as of September 30th.   That means even though we know they have worked on Feb/March cases, they officially are saying "On September 30th we were working up to January 14th" and won't accept any escalations or anything else until they update again.  I would assume mid-December they will update to "As of October 31st" and it will be a late january/early February date.   Does that make sense? They always report in arrears and we never know what date they're on "Officially" until a few months after that date. 

This isn't my case number.  Im just scanning through iterations to see what gets approved. That was one I saw. Sadly Im a June filer. Just wanted to give you guys good news. 

One approval on March 2nd 2017 at Nebraska.  Does this mean they are approving March now?

The processing time page was updated today, unfortunately no change to the I130's dates 

Just thought I would update everyone on today's cases. I feel like the John King of CNN with i130 approvals instead of electoral maps.
 
NOA1 Nov 3, 2016 - Peru - approved
NOA1 Dec 8, 2016 - US (guessing AOS case) - approved
 
These were on top of the NOA1 Feb 21 case from Nigeria that was approved.
 
The trend I have noticed the past 3 weeks is Nebraska is cleaning up a lot of Nov/Dec cases before moving on to Feb. Could be why the backlog is continuing to get worse.

Update!!!
Just got an email from NVC at 1am. It was a welcome letter with my case number and a checklist on what to include and basically what to do next. 
I know the uscis sent my package on October 5th, not sure when NVC received it (maybe a week later because it went from Texas to New Hampshire).
 
I updated my timeline. Keep holding on everyone. It's a slow and gruelling process but totally worth it to be in our husband or wifes arms eventually 😊😍

That feeling you get when you a nebraska april 7th case!!!! And you are march 29th!!!! 

Someone from January 20th was approved so lets pray and hope they start moving quick
