Your process may also be delayed because this will probably become a very expensive problem.  I can’t emphasize enough that not paying your taxes for at least 3 years is a big deal.

I showed my friend this comment that is a certified public account and also was employed for the IRS for 20 years. It is not uncommon for people to not file taxes if they know they do not owe and is expecting a refund. He said he had a client that didn’t file for 7 years because each year he was owed money back and the IRS is not rushing to give refunds they are only rushing to collect. His customer save all those years to take a 3 month sabbatical because he was owed a total of 18,000 in 7 years. 

I bank at chase and I just added my husband to my utilities because I own my home and it was fine. You will have to have proof of residency at any bank so you may have to pay the $400 because it will be needed for evidence of marriage for your AOS interview.

My husband is from a Muslim county and I visited him 7 times in 1 year and was approved so I don’t understand why visiting too much is bad. Actually in my husbands case the person looked only half my items and just put it down and told my husband he was impressed I visited him so many times.

My fiancé had his interview today and he was approved for a visa! Im living proof you can come back from a noid! I was so down for a while about this process and then getting the noid for documents I inclosed in my original package was a lot on me. But the 1 year anniversary from when I lost almost everything in Harvey my fiancé was approved so it is a light at the end of this dark tunnel! I’m wishing everyone that is still waiting best of luck and don’t give up!

I just checked my NVC status and in 1 day it went from “In Transit” to “Ready”!!! I’m just arriving home from being with my fiancé so what a welcome home gift! Is there a sub group for the embassy in Senegal? I would like some guidance on the embassy there for my fiancé. Also do he need to bring the same proof of relationship documents to the interview we submitted to USCIS? Can I scan my IRS transcripts and email them to my fiancé or do I need to mail the originals? Just need guidance on what someone’s experience with this embassy. Thanks

My Cade is in transit and I had a question about the next stage. The form I fill out is online and do I pay the fee online as well? I’m out of the country now and I was wondering if it’s best to wait until I get in front of my computer tomorrow to start this process. I’m on my phone now and the network is not good here where I am. Thanks in advance 

How long does it usually take for you to get notice uscis received your requested  documents

I sent all my requested documents for NOID 80% is stuff I already sent. I leave in 3 weeks to be with my fiancé so I hope to get good news while I’m there 🙌🏽

I just got my NOID and everything that they say I needed was in the original package! I’m so glad I ordered duplicates of everything so I can now resend everything all over again! Positive vibes needed!

Thank you so much! I was freaking out so I called my godfather that is an attorney and he said the wording is that they intend to take an action if they don’t get something they need.

It says notice explaining action
