Hi, I know this thread is a year old but it's the first on the results when I searched "2Go tracking" so I thought my experience might help. :-) 
 
I had my interview July 27, 2018 and my CEAC status changed to "Issued" on July 30. I got an email from no-reply@ustraveldocs.com on August 1. I also got a text message from ustraveldoc 12 minutes later saying my passport is ready.
 

Yup.  The times they are a changing ...       Gotta like it!!
 
.. tracking info from USTRAVELDOCS  started showing up some months back.   This for sure was a good move on their part.   
 
It is through the help of those, like you, that report back on their experience that we are able to pass new info onto those that come through here after you.   I do thank you for sure.

Point of Entry Date Set!!! My loving fiance will be arriving at her POE in San Francisco on August 18, 2018, then finish her last leg to Denver that same evening! Reality still has not set in yet. I will believe it once I see my love at the airport to take her home! 

I'm sure you will be out before 8:30 so you will do just fine I'm sure so take care!!!!
 

if it helps it happened to me and i just called the number where you book the appointment and told them about old ds 160 they will correct it. less than an hour they sent me another email confirmation for my interview with the updated ds 160.

You saying it happens more times than I think.  This whole visa process can really make one paranoid about the smallest things, thinking an issue is a first-time or rare occurrence and difficult to solve. But it was an issue so easily rectified. Thanks to @sysulin1210's suggestion. This whole process had made me super appreciative of the VJ community from all over the world!
 
I just followed the link she gave me https://cgifederal.secure.force.com/applicanthome clicked on Provide Feedback on the menu on the left, chose "Online system errors" on the "reason" drop down menu, wrote about the discrepancy in my new DS-160 application number and the schedule confirmation they sent me in the "comments" box, and attached a photo of my DS-160 application confirmation. 10 minutes later I got an email with the a schedule confirmation that had the new DS-160 application number.

Be careful about getting the CFO finished after your interview. The schedules fill up fast and I have seen some who had to wait an additional month before they could get the CFO done. Just saying.

Done registering online; will do the medical on Tuesday (17 July) and CFO seminar on Friday (20 July). Interview is booked on 25 July (Wed). Oh gosh it finally started to feel real lol 😂. Happy  (sometimes nervous 😬) and excited to get this part done and finally see my loves 😍 
 

Well I have to say it's been a great 2 days for me and my fiancee. We have her medical exam July 23rd and 24th, also her Embassy interview date on July 27th, her CFO class on the 30th and all within 24 hours our case went from at NVC to Transit to ready!!  Really blessed to know this journey is almost over so everyone? It's almost time for your long distance journey to end as well.Be blessed everyone!!!

What an amazing turn of events from 24 hours ago. Got an email this morning stating the our K1 packet was sent to Manila embassy and is in transit. Scheduled an interview for July 27th and medical exam and booked a flight for my fiancee to go to Manila next week.  Now it's about to happen so I'm signing out tonight and good night all from fabulous Las Vegas!!

They got back to me in 10 minutes!  Thank you so much for your help. I now have a new appointment confirmation with the new DS-160 application number in it.

You can always update it with the CO. It happens more times then you think.

Submit an inquiry at the CGI website, tell them your case number and your name and your new application ID, they will correct it.
I put my old ID too, after submitting an inquiry, they corrected it. I just had interview two days ago, everything was fine.

Some have used the CEAC status page and "got by" at SLEC. Have you emailed NVC requesting your MNL#, I suggest to try that also
E-mail: NVCInquiry@state.gov I highly recommend you email NVC for the MNL #, even if you call and get it, this will give you a correspondence from NVC with the MNL # for future reference and use at SLEC. The email request for your MNL # is also a great way to track when your file is forwarded to USEM as NVC will not reply to the email until that time.
REQUIRED SECURITY INFORMATION:
You are required to provide the following security information with each inquiry to receive a case specific response:

* NVC Case Number or USCIS Receipt Number (Place in the subject line of the e-mail).
* Petitioner's name and date of birth.
( NOTE: If the visa petition is employment-based, include the employer's company/organization name instead of the petitioner's name and date of birth. )
* Principal Applicant's name and date of birth.

As of today, July 16 - August are open. You have a lot of dates to choose from. Possibility of tomorrow, available date will be July 17 onwards. Slots alloted daily 42. Breakdown below :

July 16 onwards are pretty much available until whole month of August. 
Sometimes cancellation happens and the last few days July 9th and 13th were open. 

@JTC11117 Just in case you might be interested in the system we used to bind our paperwork together, I included a screen shot for you. I bought them at Walmart in Colorado and the tabs were in the same isle in our store.

I am going all in and taking no chances at all and sending all the paperwork needed or not. To me most of the paperwork that I am sending to her could possibly be of great benefit at each of the 3 scheduled required venues in the Philippines. Yes all 6 packets also include the documents for the Philippines CFO, Medical and interview. She should most likely be setup to the max to answer any question that should possibly arise.

Hi, @Mike & Tanja it stands for Commission on Filipinos Overseas. All Filipinos going abroad as fiances, spouses, or family members of foreign nationals are required to attend their guidance and counseling program.

They are technically not folders, they are more like books.
Each packet is color coded, alphabetized with an index page and some also have quick access labeled tabs.
