Hi We are in the same boat. My husband check on his account online, our check haven't en cash yet. We submitted our documents last Feb 17. No news yet

My husband check on his online checking account but the check we sent them haven't en cash yet.  We never heard from USCIS One week has passed now. 

We submitted our documents last Feb 17. There is no notice with the USCIS that they receive our package. Still waiting..

Hi Janice,

I just had my interview this morning. I am happy to inform you that they received my cenomar so don't worry about it. They didn't ask for my TOR. The interview was all about the relationship.

Hi Janice,

I will be having my interview on Friday. We are of the same pace, my cenomar is for Passport/Travel but i will keep you posted if they accept my documents. If you have TOR just take it with you just in case they will ask for it. Then, If you already received your NOA2 hardcopy you can proceed to have your medical any time and pay your visa. The process will be very fast once you receive the noa2, it depends on how fast you want to finish it.

Consulate Received: October 12

Was able to schedule apt: October 18

Medical Exam: (not yet decided)

Interview Date: December 1

Intended POE: any day before xmas will be awesome lol

 

To the one who are still waiting on their noa2s, nvc#s, etc. Hold on and keep your chin up. The longest wait is the noa2 only In general lol Good luck and I am rooting for everyone. Congrats to the ppl whose visas were approved, VOH's, and POE's dated. Yall wondeful. I hope you enjoy and the love the U.S. as much as I do. .

Do you have the Manila Case Number? If you do your fiance can have his medical any day.

But dyou think the november schedules could change? We've been notified with our status being "ready" but I we are still waiting for certain documents needed for the interview and they are being mailed from the u.s. so it's gonna take a bit while. I'm planning to get my fiance to the u.s. on the last week of november but apparently it shows the week before that is the only available slot. Dyou think it could change and somehow get a schedule earlier than that on november?

I think the november schedule wont change. Because thats the only schedule that they are showing when i tried to book yesterday. Also there are holidays coming in november thats why the first , second third weeks are unavailable. If i am not mistaken its the asean meeting and the government is closed for one week (nov 13-17)  and the nov 1 is also a holiday. Maybe thats the reason why the second week of november are booked everybody tried to get that date. 

I hope your documents will arrive soon.

Hi Krizia I just want to ask something about the NBI application. I am planning to set an appointment soon, however I would like to ask what is the purpose in detail that you click on the options? I am curious which one of the three options that I've seen on that NBI website.

So basically they have the options  *travel abroad *travel USA  * visa USA I would like to ask which options did you choose from those 3 given? Thanks

I think the 2nd Philippine person from the app just posted that they were the other to get approved today AND moments ago another RFE for Philippine case  April 11th just approved.

There are at least 3 cases on IGORS list here on VJ who have 4/11 NOA 1 and RFE's so hopefully another member here approved.
