Very strange why it wouldn't have been approved already.
I see your bio shows AOS pending, my recent approval was for ROC; so I wonder if they're taking longer with AOS over ROC.No, AOS was approved long ago, just have to update my info

Thank you! Yes, I was aware of what it meant about the card, but like I said just wasn't sure if this meant I was in the clear from an interview, which seems like the case.
Best of luck! I'm confident it will be cleared for you as well very soon. When were your fingerprints accepted?
Thank you! Almost can't believe it! I was checking at least twice a week on the USCIS site even though I have text and email notifications on for my case.
You're almost there! 🤞 Hoping everyone is able to get through this easily.
For what it's worth, I didn't request for the interview to be waived in my ROC cover letter, but not sure if that makes a big difference or not.

7/24 - Package sent via FedEx
7/29 - Package Received
8/3 - Money taken out of the bank
8/4- Text update on the start of the petition
Now i'm just waiting for the NoA. Its already been a while, should i start worrying? Or too soon to call and have any worries?
Also, given i did biometrics again in 2019 (due to an I-90 cuz they got my card wrong), what are the chances of the biometrics being waivered?
Give them couple more days. As for biometrics, most likely it will get waived.

If agency forloughs immigration workers by the end of august, i wonder how thats gonna affect ROC timing. It’s just crazy that we pay so much fees and they are out of money, unbelievable!

My friend got the same exact thing. Extension for 18 months from the expiration on his green card. and biometric will be sent via another letter. We should keep in touch because your case and his (I did everything for his case) are very similar in timing
I will follow your timeline and keep each other updated
