Monday is day 144 receive and this insanity is going to end  - I don't know when, nor do I know how, but I'm sick of this BENCH!!!!!

I tried contacting our congresswoman and We have not hear back from her yet. I am the beneficiary, gave up my good paying job overseas to go home and go through this process just to be with my love. It has been 8 months since I went back home. And Im still here. Lol I really wish we could here good news this week. My man will call uscis tomorrow as well. Monday is our day 135. Omg haha I cant just sit down here and wait longer anymore! 

Any march 27 filers here who have gotten their approvals already? And those who have not gotten theirs yet? The frustration is real! 💔

On a side note me and my fiance just picked out our wedding bands. Nice plain silver ones that we will get engraved. His pastor said he would marry us for free as a gift to us which is super awesome.  We also found out we don't need witnesses so we decided to have a dinner with his friends later and then later next year in like September 2018 we will hold a party so my family can come down too and any out of state friends.

Wow sounds like a plan! Thats actually our plan as well. We'll get married thru a civil wedding. No need for much witnesses then we'll just have dinner with his family after. ☺️ We're planning a big wedding in my country some time in the future anyways, maybe like after a year or two, so my big family can be around on our big day 😊 I cant wait for that time to come! Omg noa2 please surprise us please 😂 

I heard we can still call the Uscis even when its saturday. Theyd still answer. Oh well, we'll see tomorrow!

Ours came as a surprise because it was approved 5days ago but we never got any notification from text/email/case tracker. I did a 500 scan last night before I went to sleep but our case still says RFE response was received. I didn't even bothered checking the informed delivery because  we were expecting that our case will not be approved until next week. 

For those who are still waiting for their NOA2, I know your trying your best to be patient. Just hang in there a little more, odds are your NOA2 is being sent to you as we speak 😊

We have reached the 4 month period the other day and taduuuhhh! We're still waiting. We have missed 3 check boxes so I believe we'd get an rfe anytime soon. But I keep praying at the same time (like everyday) that we wont. Nothing is impossible to God anyways! Right now we have not received any rfe update yet, though others close to our case number have been getting rfe's. Im hoping for a positive result becos of this. There's nothing I can do but to patiently wait. 💔 Patience is a virtue in this process. The one thing I learned (the hard way) when while waiting on this approval process was that comparing our timeline to others was the WORST thing I could have done. Not only is it truly futile, but it stresses you out worse than it would if you just went with a ballpark idea and were content to let it come when it came. Sigh. On the other hand, As long as Id make it this october before our friend's Joe wedding in Tennessee Im still fine. 🙏🏻

i check my case tracker today and I saw 5 new RFE's from march 27 filers of i-129F. Ive been monitoring my tracker for the past few days and Ive seen 27 new RFE's since July 20. Then. Yesterday July 28, I saw 7 approvals which is unusual for me since I heard they stopped updating the website since May 😅 Ive been seeing new RFE's near our case number, 5th and 4th case numbers above ours got RFE's from July 26 and 27. 3rd case number after our case # got an rfe as well from July 27. Then yesterday July 28, the 3rd case nunber above ours got an approval. Then some new rfe's and approvals nearby. So close! I want to believe we're already approved even though ours is still "case received" since they have been checking the cases close to our case number this week. I hope its a good sign! Are they reviewing the cases by batch? Please enlighten me! I want to be more positive with this. 🙏🏻😩

Anyone here from march 27 filers that have not gotten their approval yet? I've seen some getting their approvals, I got my NOA1 around the same time as them,  March 27th, from the California Service Center. I'm still (sadly) waiting to hear anything as well. Our file hasn't even been touched since we received the receipt. I'm feeling a little discouraged, Im patiently waiting but it gets so difficult as day goes by. But I just keep crossing my fingers that me and my fiancé will hear any day now.. ☹️😔

We're assuming we'd get an rfe anytime this week or the next couple of weeks becos of 3 unchecked boxes. I missed checking the box from the questions #'s 33, 34 and 35 of I-129f form page 4 part 2, What worries me a lot is that I forgot to answer the question 35 which says If I met my fiance theu the service of IMB, I knew from the start that its a big deal for them when it comes to IMBRA. I dont mind the other two missed questions though. But I really hope they'd give us consideration since we provided all the supporting documents that prove how genuine our relationship is like others. Plus I heard sometimes they just ask about the missing document or clarification during the interview but most of the time they issue an rfe. I really am so worried! Thanks though for the good response. 😊

Hi Thanks for the response. You mean, do I just need to fill out the rfe page which asks the missed questions again or do I need to answer and include the i129f page that we originally sent? 

Hi guys, im just a lil bit confused about the rfe reaponse thing. We have not gotten ours yet as according to the tier 2 officer our case is still pending but we're expecting an rfe already as I missed checking 3 friggin check box on our i-129f form part 2 page 4 questions 33, 34 and 35. Given that they will provide all the missed questions on the rfe letter itself and all we just have to do is shade or check it right? But the question is do we still need to include the page 4 part 2 form as a response to the rfe letter or just send back the rfe letter alone without a cover letter as we will just need to shade and answer the questions provided at the back of the rfe letter already? PleAse help!
