So I had my Interview today - 
 
It went quite well - probably lasted between 3 & 5 minutes. The usual basic questions and when it ended, she said all looks good so far but they will have to wait for my medicals before making a decision (I only did my medicals exactly last week and since then, it's been holidays, work only resumed in Jamaica yesterday). In Jamaica, the hospital sends the medicals directly to the Consular office.
 
She didn't ask to see any supporting documents or any proof of relationship evidence, not even a single picture (I had so many supporting documents - I just wasted time and energy gathering them ). She has all the pictures and the supporting documents I sent with the I-130 Petition and she glanced through few of them as she was interviewing me.
 
Hopefully before the end of next week they should have my medicals and then, I will see how it goes.
 
So my interview didn't get that super climax feeling like most people here, I will have to wait a bit more for that
 
My current status on CEAC is "Administrative Processing".

Correct except it is not 125% "above" the poverty level.  It is above 125% OF the poverty level.  For a family of 2, 125% above the poverty level would be $36,540 not the correct $20,300.  Words mean things.  We can't telling people to interpret literally, and they use the wrong words.  Another common mistake is to use 2 times more (meaning three times as much) when we should say two times as much, which is one time more.  Retailers intentionally do this frequently.

If she is a citizen, can her mother return to her country and follow the normal immigration process?   Doesn't she still have responsibilities in her home country since she came to the US just to visit temporarily?

The hospital sends the results directly to the consulate in Jamaica and not to the applicant. Some countries probably does it differently. So you are wrong - “One can be interviewed without the result of your medicals being ready at the time of your interview” It all depends on your country and the consulate process and of course your particular case. My case proves you wrong and I will let you know how it turns out eventually.

We're in the same boat. Nebraska (25th January). It's a shame that you got transferred to Nebraska as it's the slowest centre by far. I saw a mid-January approved last week and I'm thinking we're probably in that pile probably manned by Sloth from the Goonies (google it). So yeah, I'm guessing mid-2026 by the time it's complete.

"It is not possible to be able to VIEW a credit score WITH BANK OF AMERICA without these two major items in your US bank account records:
1. Primary residence in the US
2. SSN or ITIN (I have ITIN through my business in the US as I have to file income tax for the business)"
 
If you bank directly with a credit union (such as Capital One) you can view your score with them. The issue you are talking about has nothing to do with the credit score itself (which is why it doesn't belong in this thread) - it is strictly a Bank legality/policy issue. It has nothing to do with the SSN and building credit score.
