I'm just in so much need of a rant... I am so miserable of my life feeling like it's on old waiting for the noa2. I need to move home but it seems silly doing that when all the terms are for 6 months & hopefully I'll be gone by then. I'm living with my mother who's an alcoholic, financially everyone around me is draining me & emotionally too. I just wanna be able to be off work & feel at peace in my own home, I want all the stress of I wonder how long it's gonna be until move date to be over because I get so anxious that'll be denied & then I don't know what the plan will be.

Oh dear rant all you want. Visa or non related is okay because somehow one way adds up to the other. We are getting so stressed with the process that sometimes that adds up to our stress in our personal life. But don't worry this will pass. They are already processing around your date so have some more patience. Best of luck for you and all of us tomorrow and the rest of the week. May it be another productive week for uscis for us aprilites.

Keith I hope you will get your awaited letter at the start of the week

Ok now I'm freaking out...WHY can't the Philippines put the correct information on their documents...or at least put the wrong info but same on all documents...Faye's moms Bday is different from local BC and National BC, so I'm hoping the Cenomar and the National BC match (even though her mothers age is wrong)

Oh it usually happens here. The clerk from either the hospital or the local civil registrar is too lazy to check details. But don't worry if the right entry is in the copy from the National Statistics office it's good. That is all that matters. And as for the Cenomar I just checked online because I still haven't gotten mine too. And it doesn't have any where that showed the parents age.

Faye said you've been sick for the last three days...Hope you're feeling better sis.

Thanks Chris. I am feeling a lot better today. So I get to actually read everything. Yesterday I asked Faye what was going on and when she mentioned about keith and Monica's rfe I went online just to offer sympathy but was so behind I couldn't reach that post before my head is aching again so. I rested again. But thanks to Faye she is always checking on me. Nice to really find a friend in this forum. I hope we will all be until after😊

Has anyone else felt physically sick from stress? We both have had a rough two weeks.

Me! Been stressed with work and maybe thinking bout this is being so stressful to me too I don't wanna let Matt know how frustrated I am coz he is getting so impatient already so I keep it to my self and still try to be his sunshine. So I guess it has taken it's toll on me.

  5. I haven't been online for the last two days because I've been down with flu (so much for the flu vaccine it never had any good effect on me lol) and there are a couple of approvals from our group. It's like a breath of fresh air 😊😊😊. Congratulations @tcovington @Jeff and Alina. And yet I am so disheartened to read about @Keith & Monica rfe. But atleast we more or less know what it is. It could well be the Tos I just hope the expedite is really going to be expedited. Good luck on that. Looking forward to more approvals for next week! Happy weekend.

I did see in the March thread that someone with an NOA1 date of 6th April received their NOA2 dated 3rd August. Slowly but surely getting there!

I've given up trying to figure out any rhyme or reason to how these processing times work, Just keep thinking my NOA2 will get here soon.

I already told my fiancé that as soon as I get to NC, I need to go straight to Biscuitville and get a country ham, egg and cheese biscuit with home fries and a diet dr pepper. I'm dreaming about it already :)

So another inbetweener has had their Noa2 . Still  part of the bulk approval last week. Still a good news😊 so maybe there are still approvals that is on our way 😊

I love Dr pepper too. Matt had me tried it when he was here and I loved it😊

Been reading some of the posts and I am a bit confused.  Are notifications for NOA2 and/or RFE being sent by text/e-mail or only by regular mail?  I ask this because I believe I may be approaching the big day (fingers crossed) and I will be out of the country the last 2 weeks of August so I won't be receiving my mail or texts, but I will have access to e-mail.

If you have signed that form for email notification supposed to be you are gonna be informed via email but then even that doesn't seem to be working so it is really just the notification thru mail that everybody is getting. You can maybe register for that informed Delivery that some are using now so when you have something in the mail you will be informed thru email

    Happy Tuesday Morning to all!!!

I am trying to be positive with all this.  We are moving into well over 4 months now and no end in sight.  But as @Estibaliz says We'll see.  Anyway, I am very happy for those that have gotten their NOA2's  I would love for us to be one of them, we will someday.  I just want to go to the Philippines to see my love and be with her for awhile.

One Day More... One Day Less... One Day Closer... :jest:

The Good Book says "We reap what we sow" in all things. So if we want blessings and good tidings then we should ask God in faith believing. Not for ourselves, but for others.

Gracious and loving Father. I ask you to intervene on behalf of your children today. You know there hearts and their needs. You know the plans you have for them, plans to help them, not to harm them; To give them hope and a future.

Lord We thank you that You are involved in every aspect of our lives, and You Father are working to resolve the issues troubling us at this time.

Lord I lift up Keith and Monica, Lola B and all other couples caught in this sea of uncertainty. And I ask you to lift their burdened hearts and fill them with joy and peace.

I ask this in Jesus name

    Amen, Amen and Amen!!!

    APPROVED!!!!!!
    Received date: 3/28
    NOA1 date: 4/03
    NOA2 date: 8/03

This proves the 4 months right on the dot!!

Also, today I received an email back from my senator!

    "Dear Ms. Wenner:

Thank you for your inquiry on behalf of your constituent, XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX, regarding the I129F filed with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). In receipt of your inquiry, a thorough review was completed on your constituent’s case. USCIS records show the following:

    -          The California Service Center approved the referenced case on August 04, 2017.  The case will be forwarded to the National Visa Center (NVC) for processing within the next 2-3 weeks."

Not sure what it means that it was approved August 4th from the senator, but the notice on the I-797 form says 8/03. Either way it's kinda one of those situations that makes you wonder if the senator DID help. An inquiry was sent out on August 3rd from my senator. Either way, I am super happy!!!

To everyone else, I'm positive you're going to get approvals soon! I promise it is all worth it when you get it. I know I wasn't the best being patient, but as many others who have got their NOA2s would probably agree with me, it was all worth it! :)

YAY, NOW TO CELEBRATE!!!!! :) :dance:

HOPE TO SEE MANY MORE APPROVALS!!!

    Congratulations!!!

Well I'm a first week filers and can tell you there's nothing in informed delivery today from immigration.

Oh cheer up. We still have 4 days for this week😊. I remember @amishbaby getting down last sat but then she's gonna be having good news today. So let's keep our fingers crossed would wanna see your approval and that of @Keith & Monica 😉

Hey guys! I checked my Informed Delivery today and got a letter from USCIS. I'm so nervous. I see that the notice date is August 3rd. I called USCIS and spoke to a tier 2 officer and he said I didn't have any RFE or approvals on the way and they are processing January cases and all of that. The same day I contacted my senator when they didn't give me any information on my petition. They contacted me back August 3rd, the same day this letter is dated. Nothing says anything about an RFEon USCIS' website, so.... now I wait till the mail arrives. Excited and scared all in one go. :jest:

I can imagine how youre feeling I'd be as scared and excited like you if I am at the same situation. But let's hope and pray for the best may it be a Noa2. Good luck!

Well forgot the post but my Fiancee and I finally got our NOA2 it came in the mail Saturday. I literally checked the mailbox 4 times that day. Finally, as I was driving home I saw a mail truck down the road so figured why not check one more time and there it was! Haha maybe I was going a bit crazy 😂. I hope the rest of you receive yours soon!

In case you were wondering here are the dates:

    USCIS Received i129f: March 29th

    NOA1: April 5th

    NOA2: August 1st

    Congratulations!

You are right, they don't care, so I'm doing the same thing because, yep, that will save me probably over 1000€.

Just you have to remember to cancel the return ticket once you are in the States, so it doesn't create any kind of confusion with immigration thinking you are leaving the country and therefore abandoning your adjustment process :)

So here we are, about to start a new week of expectations and excitement, and hopefully not disappointment.

I'm not really waiting for NOA2 in the mail just this week, so my main expectation right now is seeing if I'll finally be able to catch up with the crazy moving timeline, LOL.

At least this time it moved in the right direction :jest:, so I might catch it on Friday :o

    Good luck everyone!

We have the same thoughts. About not expecting to receive Noa2 this week. Matt was asking me so do you think we're gonna get our Noa2 this week and  I said Im not expecting it this week. Anytime this August but not for this week. And he said "oh the optimist is not so optimistic this week?!" And I just replied USCIS has messed with my mind 🙄. But I'll still definitely would wanna see Noa2 for the 1st week filers😊😊

Good idea about the return flight I'll tell matt about that in case he doesn't know.

    Happy Monday everyone

oh dear now you know of how hard and complicated my situation is.

My current contract expires September 2017.

If by any chance i will not get any feedback by the end of that month then i am screwed. I can renew my contract for another 2 yrs but if the visa is approved within the span of my new contract, then i need to pay just to terminate the contract (if less than 6 months from the renewal).

Oh now I can truly understand your case. But here's to hanging to every bit of hope as I usually do. Sending a prayer for you too that you will receive Noa2 the soonest. Have you completed your documents? It will help to speed up the process after noa2 if you do

oh well there are a few filipinos in our thread but they are ahead of me in terms of timeline.

I really hope to get my NOA2 as soon as possible or else i will be in trouble since my visa will expire in a few months.

And you have filed in the embassy in UAE? It will not be long don't worry. I need to tell you that for my sanity too coz if it could be months for you it means longer for us. So I'd like to be optimistic and wish you a Noa2 soon😊
