Well I guess , I'll join the club. We had our interview on 8/22/17 at the end he was asked to submit the form online . He was emailed the form and he sent it back yesterday. So far we haven't heard anything back stating it was received. From the looks of it's about another 60 day process? I wish everyone of us get to be with our loves soon. Continue with the updates
Best regards

I called the NVC again today, my case was sent to the Embassy as of today! WI was warned things move quickly after the NOA2. I'm not certain of the process, but I believe that my fiancée should receive some paperwork.

Did you make your medical appointment beforehand?

I called the NVC this morning, afternoon in the US.. I was put on hold for an hour and i think 4 minutes. Then a guy answered it.. Asked for my NVC number, I said I don't have it yet so he asked for my USCIS receipt number.. So I told him.. Then he said, no, it's not in our system yet. Wait for 5-6 weeks.. and I said, okay, I'll call again next week. He asked me if I still have some questions, I said no.. He sounds tired already, maybe that's why he didn't give it yet to me. I'll try again on Monday and I'll keep sending emails. :)) We're on 14 days now. :)) I'm positive we'll get it by next week! Have a great weekend everyone!! :))
by the way, our case was approved last June 17th, Saturday. ;)) so to those who are still waiting, maybe today they're already checking yours. :)) Or maybe your NOA2s hardcopies Are on the way.
Godbless everyone! ❤️
Ours took 20 days to receive a case #. Good luck

50 minutes on hold, well worth it. I called NVC today just to see if they received my case, "yes, as of 6/29", yippee got a case # and invoice #! It's starting to get real. I can't wait to let my honey know. He's at work, can't wait until he gets off tonight!
Friday's are good days! Received noa2 on a Friday.

I'll be having my interview soon and eventually I will need the affidavit of support which my wife is going to send to me. My question is: can she just email me the affidavit of support Or she should MAIL it to me to Morocco?
thank you for your response, everyone.
I recall having this conversation with rapidvisa and they told me it needs to be original and I needed to prepare to have it mailed.
Sending you positive thoughts for your interview.

My fiance (also in Morocco) just did the medical last week and now it's the countdown until the interview on July 10th. Our NOA2 was May 5, so things really do happen much quicker after that long NOA2 wait!
Oh my, am I ready? Lol! There's so much to do. Congratulations. Thank you for sharing. I'll keep you in my prayers on 7/10.

I've been reading everyone's posts on their status, and that the case status is not updating . Today I got up at 4:15 am to go to the gym, which I did . As I returned home I walked past my mailbox, a little voice told me to "check your mailbox" (something I rarely do) . I opened and didn't see anything but continued pushed the envelopes through my fingers. At the very bottom was a letter with my name, before I dismissed it I looked at the sender "Homeland Security" . I ran inside shaking all I see was my fiancé' name through the window. I tore it open and handed it to my roommate , who read it to me, "approved"!! Oh thank you Jesus!! I was literally jumping up and down. I wanted to share the news with my love, but he was still at work and an hour past , still waiting for him to get home. Once he arrived the darn Wi-Fi was on the brink. After multiple try's we finally connected , by this time he was tired, hot and sure he is hungry being that it's Ramadan. He can't hear me well, but I was able to give him the news, now I'm late to my 9 am appointment at work and it's 8:55am. I can't wait until tonight to finally see his face and talk. This has been a long time coming , I'm excited and a few more steps and I'll be with my love.

I am typically a stalker of the posts in this topic. Finding some giggles and some serious support just by reading others experiences in this modern day legal torture. My fiance and I agreed to not discuss our petition until atleast Day 87 to help lessen the stress each day. Day 60, he started to assemble Packet 3 so we could move quickly once approved. Sigh.... Day 87 came and went. Day 95, I got anxiety. Day 96, I needed some rum and juice. Day 97, I needed rum straight up. And so on. Today, our two year anniversary, I woke up with this "feeling" and i told everyone at work that something was up and I needed to call USCIS to check on my status.
At 12:05pm I called USCIS and spoke with a young lady who was very kind. She did not really even question me when I asked for a transfer to tier2. She kindly transferred me and continued with the callback prompt. (128 minutes later) My phone rings, a young man with a soft gentle voice say hello and says my information did not transfer and asked for my receipt number. I provided in my sweet voice and explained that I am concerned that I might miss my NoA2 because my mail has been disappearing. He kindly placed me on hold for two minutes. Came back and said....
"Ma'am, I am happy to inform you that the petition for your fiance was approved yesterday and the notice was sent the same day." I thanked him 100 times and he giggled. He said "I am one of the good guys. I love giving good news like this to couples who want nothing more than their loved ones closer." He wished us luck and hung up. Still hours later, i am a bit shocked.
This is NOT an easy process by any means. Every day I was so happy to see the approvals but as each day went creeping past 87, I grew bitter and a bit jaded. My heart breaks for those still waiting past Day 100 and more. With all the money for each petition sent, they would provide a better structured routine for approvals. Atleast fix the damn tracker!
Received Date- 2/28
NOA1- 3/6
NOA2- 6/7 (Happy Anniversary To Us!!)
(Fyi- Tracker still shows "Received")
Much love and mad respect to all you amazing couples. Hang in there!
Much love right back to you!
Congratulations

I am so relieved March filers . These past 3 months has been nerve racking. This journey began 3 years ago and the end of the tunnel is near.
