Saludos

Easy fix, i didn't provide enough proof for the 2 year period before filling the petition so i got all my tickets and passport stamps and send it up with a letter explaining every year before filing and how my fiance and I visited each other. Thanks for the info, guess i gotta wait for nvc then

My Congresswoman told me that USCIS told her that i got a RFE better than nothing i guess. Where my rfe personnel? Any tips on this? Oh and I haven't received it, they mailed it to me on the 19th but it never showed on any updates. I guess it's gonna take a while living in Hawaii. Good news is my Congresswoman pushed to expedite my case due to military deployment

I have had an RFE is not too bad to be honest. Delayed me by 15 days. Let me know if you have any questions regarding it when you find out what it is for! You should be receiving it in the mail soon.
Here is my timeline with the RFE:
September 25th: email notification and tracker update
September 28th: Received hard copy in the mail (mailed it back same day)
September 29th: email notification and tracker update that USCIS has received the response
October 10th: NOA2 notice date
If there is anything you can think of that you would have gotten an RFE for I can recommend preparing it in advance so you can send it back more quickly!
Congrats on the Expedite!

Yeah man its crazy, I see that your country is Philippines. I've been seeing more from there being approved than Mexico, i don't know if country makes a difference but it feels like it. Its all sporadic and i can't even follow their pattern.

It's so random but I have Congress rep on Facebook. I got desperate for help that i randomly messaged her for immigrating assistance and she's very pro military so she offered to inquire for me. I really hope ill hear something from anywhere next week. I hope the best for you and yours. I've been trying to get my fiance to the United States for a long time

You can request to receive the visa at an DHL location in Ciudad Juarez, it should arrive around 2-3 business days, ( at least that’s what they say), but not pick it up from the Consulate, or at least not that I know of.
Yes it was optional, we choose to get them in Mexico, so everything would be ready for the AOS once we get married. Plus USA vaccines can be more expensive.
Yes oct 11, was the earliest, after we were approved by the NVC, and the letter from the US Consulate was received

Sorry to say this but I'm at 164 days, there's cases all around mine being approved and RFEs but no action on mine. Then again it seems that there's no normal waiting time, it's quite spontaneous. I got my Congress Rep to help so hopefully ill hear something soon.

On what you need to provide to her, you can refer here http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1guide . From what i read in this website, basically they will only ask question about yours relationship, the main purpose of the interview is to ensure that your relationship is real. Overall tips, don't lie to the CO, answer all question confidently, never provide extra information if they don't ask for that. You can refer here for Interview questions example:

CDJ is high traffic and they typically only ask you 5-10 questions. Most are just how did you meet, where do you (the petitioner) work, where he plans to stay, when you plan to marry, have you ever been in the US illegally, do you have tattoos, have you ever done drugs, etc. Nothing too much. If he has any immigration violations or has been denied a visa in the past he needs to be prepared to speak about that as well. We wrote a really detailed review in the consulate review section with what they asked. Nothing invasive, everything they had on the paper in front of them that we provided (I-130, I-864. and DS-260). Many other people also left reviews with the questions they asked, it was really helpful for us.
