Like I stated above

They said they reveived and will begin working on case again.

Tracker says rfe the response was received.

We will mail you a decision or notify you if we need something from you.

All they wanted was a intent to marry letter.

So I thought it would be a quick response for approval since they received.

Its been almost a month - this is getting reallly tough at this point for us both but we are staying strong and supporting each other everyday

still awaiting response. 

And it was a simplle rfe | intent to marry letter

We are 150 days waiting now

They replied riht away that they received and would start working on case again

cant believe its almost a month since they received our rfe

This is the letter I sent to her in messenger for her to copy.

She will hand write this and send back to me asap.

I told her make sure she dates it and to send me picture first of her version to veify before she mails it to me

Should be good to go right?

THIS IS WHAT OUR LAWYER SENT US AND WE JUST SIGNED IT. It was too simple though but we got approved!

Im so happy - received the RFE letter in the mail today.

what was missing is Beneficiarys Intent to marry

So wanted to ask this awesome group of filers on how to handle this.

She is in the phils, does not have a computer.

Do you guys think a hand written letter from her ?

She can take picture of it with her phone , send to me via text and I print out.

Do you think that would be sufficient?

It states - Evidence of the benefiarys intent to marry may be a statement from the beneficiary, wedding preperations or other evidence that establishes her intent to marry.

Believe me I dont want to screw this up.

I am a March 2 filer.... Glad to see the news.

my fiance is in philippinnes not far from where isis is at war.

i cannot wait to get her out of there..

We met last August on Twitter - lol unreal love story..

I went to visit her for three weeks in February. Filed right away on my return.

Been a long three + months waiting...

This forum has helped me tremendously to see others in the same situation... Yes its torture . But this makes the love stronger.
