Hey everyone, I submitted an inquiry on 10/13/2020 stating my case was outside normal processing time (it is NOT, I filed July 1, 2020, Potomac Service Center) but I hoped it would bring attention to my case. It must have worked because I got notice my case was approved as of 11/04/2020 and received my 10 year LPR card in the mail today! My interview was waived so the only interview I ever attended was the initial K1 interview in my home country, I did biometrics October 2019. Hopefully everyone here’s something soon!

As said many times before there will not be any furlough and job cuts.

As mentioned before there is not going to be a furloughs. Its the media that hype this topic. 

All though I wish everyone fast processing. I am not sure if applying for n400 is a smart thing to do. All these additional requests will just take you from your queue into another one. Good luck

how did you find out your case was received by the local office? did you get an online notification?

Hi all, we thought we would have an interview since our AOS interview was waived, but I guess not!

7/19/19 - Mailed to Phoenix Lock-box 
7/22/19 - Delivered at Phoenix and Signed for by "T WRGHT"
7/26/19 - Check Cashed 
7/26/19 - Text and Email Notification - SRC Texas Service Center 
7/29/19 - Received NOA1 dated 7/25/19
9/28/19 - Received Notice that Bio-metrics would be re-used dated 9/20/19 
11/9/19 - Received Notice for Bio-metrics appointment 
11/18/19 - Bio-metrics appointment completed  
4/24/20 - Case Was Received At My Local Office 
6/09/20 - Case was Approved 
6/15/20 - Approval Notice Received in Mail
 

California processing time went up to 14 - 27.5 month. Honestly I believe we should be receiving interview or the card by the last quarter of this year. 

As i had mentioned before the new immigration policy will not impact us. Trump just signed the 60 day policy. This will take workload off current immigration officers and help us boost our files.

Again. Its for new green card issue. This will not affect current green card holders.

This is to halt new green cards you dont have a new green card you already have one. If trump suspends issuing new green card this will boost our process. More workforce to process existing cases.

Hello everyone, today I got biometrics notice. I applied on July 3rd and I have WAC- California Service Center.

My status was stuck on "Fingerprint Review Complete" for a while so I stopped checking. Looked again today and it now says "As of October 30, 2019, we are ready to schedule your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number MSCXXXXXXX"

Biometric done today, 08/21/2018. My time line is below:
 
07/16/2019 - I751 package delivered to USCIS (Lewisville, TX)
07/22/2019 - I797 - 18-month extension received in mail - assigned to Vermont Center (EAC-------)
08/10/2019 - Biometrics scheduled for 08/21
08/21/2019 - Biometrics done, the whole process is less than 5 minutes, no update on USCIS website yet
 
Now cross both fingers and toes for the long wait

Hello fellow July filers. Sent packet July 8 thru FedEx to Phoenix, AZ. Received and signed on July 11. Waiting for my NOA. 

Entire packet, mailed out on 9th, received by me on 12 th today
