Ahhhh what a great day to wake up to several identical emails from USCIS saying "We are reviewing your case..." yawn! That was round number 3!

But.... this day is too sunny: No case trackers today, no waiting. Going to Busch Gardens (amusement park) here, and spend some time in "Germany" there with my hubs!

Kurz mal zwischendurch ein kleines Update: Ich bin gestern in den USA angekommen und so glücklich, dass Marc und ich endlich ein gemeinsames zu Hause haben.😍 
Die letzten zwei Wochen in Deutschland waren schon heftig, denn es gab so unglaublich viel zu erledigen und es war ganz schön emotional. Ein ständiges Auf und Ab der Gefühle mit Abschieds- und Freudentränen. Aber ich habe nie daran zweifelt, dass es der richtige Schritt ist.
An alle, die noch mitten im nervenaufreibenden Visumsprozess stecken: Haltet durch! Alles wird gut und es fühlt sich toll an.
Allen, die schon ein paar Schritte weiter sind, drücke ich auch weiterhin fest die Daumen🍀

finally, my case status has changed to
We are producing your card and will mail it to you
i hope this card comes in the mail quick.. i'm tired of sitting at home doing absolutely nothing. 127 days so far. This has been a long ride. and i expect the interview scheduling to be longer.

Filed for AOS+EAD+AP in December 2017, biometrics appointment done in January, still haven't received AP & EAD, but just received an I-485 Interview Date.

Omg, somebody from Philly office got interview scheduled?! Can't believe in it. 
Our submitted date is February 6th and bio taken on March 6th. No notification yet ((( Getting crazy already sitting at home doing nothing

Mine changed about 2 weeks after bio for AOS and about week for ead (ead was rejected Thats why)

Same here....  no word.....

Got my work permit card today
So basically it was in my hands 3 days after the card was mailed email.
 
No ap on it sadly I regret that but oh well.. hopefully it takes shorter than 5 months to get ap. 

Well just received a call from our Congressman's office and we are approved for EAD and AP, cards being produced as stated on the USCIS app. So happy today!!!!

NOA1 is from December 18th and Bio was January 12th. Since then - nothing!

Just came back from my info pass appointment (I took it weeks ago and didn't want to cancel).
They were able to confirm that my travel authorization was approved too (I can now see it on my case status online). Really happy about that!
They also told me not to worry about receiving my interview date while I am back home in June. For the Baltimore office its a 8 to 15 months wait... so I have time!

There's the subforum for K1 -- AOS, but as I found out - at least in the December and January thread most people are B2.
So if you have precise questions on K1 stuff just ask for which visa they are adjusting from.

Hopefully, my travel authorization is coming soon too?

Ich hab mein Führungszeugnis übersetzen lassen.. im Oktober.. Das heißt, dass ich ein neues Führungszeugnis brauche nun, weil es über 6 Monate alt ist.. aber wenigstens weiß ich dieses mal, dass ich keine Übersetzung brauche. 

Ich hatte wie @TearsOfBabylon auch einen kompletten Order mit allem Drum und Dran dabei und habe letztlich auch nur meinen Pass und die Bestätigung für den Termin gebraucht. Ich würde trotzdem alles mitnehmen, denn es beruhigt wirklich ungemein☺️
