  1. Hi everyone, maybe someone can answer this. My fiance and I will be coming to the U.S together once approved. Are we able to stop in a different country and vacation there, then fly over to the U.S? I am not sure how strict the guidlines for a k1 visa are. I do however know that once he enters, he is not allowed to exit and come back in until he gets his green card.

    Thanks in advance.

NOTE: I removed "final status" cases (Approved, Rejected, Denied, etc.) from my list today. I also added a little over 1,100 Dec. filers. As such, the  unworked cases table above will have funky numbers...there's more unworked cases today than yesterday since I added so many new cases.

What do the (-) negative numbers mean under the "# touched" column

VisaJourney's tracker is generated by information that forum members here input, so that estimate is not very accurate due to member typos, mixing up dates, ect. The USICS processing times are within a 5 month time frame, but according to the November filers thread, a majority of the October filers and a good number of November filers have started to receive NOA2. I think they will start working on the December cases in about mid March. :)

There have actually been four december 1st approvals today, so December has started. Majority is still mid to later November with a couple later Octobers. :)

Very slow day, and this data just popped up within the last 2.5 hours. I'm hesitant to say this is truly accurate...I'll cross-check the data when I run tonight's scan and see if there are any significant changes still.

:( I am deeply eager to see one really busy day for them. Thanks Geo for taking the time to do this. You are truly a blessing for all of us here, keeping us sane.

Imagine my chagrin when I woke up at 04:10 for work and part of that regimen is to check the daily report and it wasn't there. Darn you CSC. And I didn't get a cup of coffee yet either. I hope for a solid report at some point or I know what type of day it's going to be. Now I gotta find a cup of coffee before we have a structure fire or I'll be cranky all day. I'll keep a good thought for everyone.

I like the picture of you and your fiance, she looks beautiful :)

Question for filers who already recieved NOA2's ....whats the estimated time from the time you get the NOA2 to Interview?? Just wanted to see so I can get an Idea of when yo use my vacation time....☺?

Just based on tracking and reading others experiences I would say average is 100 days to get NOA2 and about 1.5 months till visa in hand. Anyone can correct me if I am wrong, this is just an observation

To December fillers, have you guys received noa2 or are you still awaiting it,what seems to be the hold up.

We applied in December received our noa1 within same week it's almost been 2 and a half months now and we are getting worried.

    Please help

I don't think you should be worried. USCIS is still working on mid to later NOVEMBER files

I am a December filer. I check the processing times monthly and as of today every service center is listed as July 28, 2016 as of December 31, 2016? Can anyone explain this to me? It's discouraging to see it go from August 2016 to this on the USCIS site and simultaneously encouraging to hear so many late November cases are being approved, and talk of December being as soon as next week.

Oh wow i just saw this. I have no idea what this means! Sorry i am no help but it is shocking

I just received an email saying someone with the same or similar date made a change to there profile.

i guess it could be a special case cause there is no way they picked up a mid December box.

    congrats to them!

I just messaged this person. He/she may have put it on their profile accidently. They said they didnt receive it yet but it is showing.

Hmm, am not sure what this means, but it doesnt seem to indicate that USCIS office closed. It seems to be saying that "if" any USCIS office changed its hours of operation blah blah...nevertheless, I am anxious to know whats going on esp since we couldnt even get Goe's report and then there is this thing of a whole week of Naturalization ceremonies

I think it just means they will post any closings if there were to come up. So let's patiently wait for the approvals tonight
