I got a notification from the USCIS today. I got RFE I don’t know why I would get one. I’m still waiting for it to get here. Is it common to get an RFE this late in the process? Any LIN filler got rfe?

Are cases worked on in the chronological order? I have noticed some cases got approved/worked on despite of being submitted later than other cases before?

I know it's frustrating, but it will happen. About a month ago, I was starting to see movement for cases around my number and many after me (LIN1990476XXX) and nothing was happening for my case since October, 2019. Then last week, I got the update too. Now most of the cases around my number have had movement, either approvals or RFEs or scheduled for interviews. It's coming, trust me! If cases around yours are moving, someone will get to yours soon. But I get it, I was getting super discouraged too seeing numbers after mine get approved.

Any LIN filers from May 23, 2019 Receipt date. I got my fingerprints done on October 23, 2019. Ever since then the case status on uscis shows.. "finger prints were taken" anyone with similar situation had any good news?

This is a standard way to organize files but it worked for me. I had 2 packages of files: Personal documents & Bona fide marriage documents.
The personal document package includes IDs, passports, birth certificates, marriage certificate, etc - Originals & copies.
Bona fide marriage document package includes banks, assets, insurance, bills, etc - Originals & Copies.
When the OI asks for personal docs at the beginning, hand them both originals and copies and tell them that copies are for theirs to keep. Same goes with Bona Fide marriage docs. They will greatly appreciate you make copies. After the interview, you should keep all of original docs.
