I agree Americans like sweet things that is for sure. lol I was told that that is why Americans have 12 different kinds of girl scout cookies and Canadians only have three is because Americans like their stuff sweeter. Probably true. lol

Oh wow! That was really fast! Second K1 in less than a year! Few!  You must have a strong and big heart for being ready for that again so quickly!

I totally get it regarding doing nothing. I have been on my job working through the last 10 years with not a single sick day - minus a surgery -, went to at least 2 concerts a month and went down to zero. Have to get used to having the daily walk to the mailbox being the highlight, hahahaha

Nah, no whiners anymore, you are right. But we've been a fabulous group of March Whiners, so it doesn't have a bad taste!

OMG congratulations!!! That is wonderful news. *jumps up and down* Great to hear.  I love hearing about people getting pregnant. I can't so I live through others. LOL Yay baby pictures.

As for us: we sent our AOS package on January 26th and our NOA 1 date is February 6th. Also this weekend got a mail with biometrics date set on March 6th. 
So happy! No web-site/application or e-notification update though. 
 
And in the meantime we are preparing for the wedding in fall, late October to be more precise. A lot of stuff to do and not so easy but we keep moving to make our dreams and plans come true. Sometimes I feel sad and miss my Ukraine but I guess it's just a matter of time staying home alone doing nothing in particular and absence of super tough work schedule I had in Kiev for the last 7 years.

I think we are still adjusting but we'll be fine. I'm tired of being stuck at home but I'm going to continue studying soon, so I won't have time to be bored

Officially married as of 2/23  After almost a whole year since we sent our fiance visa application haha but well worth the wait. AOS next!!! Hope you guys are all doing well! Hugs and kisses

Hey guys, fyi my case status was updated to “Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview” yesterday Feb 8th. 
I had biometric taken on Jan 31st. So i guess my I485 is being forwarded to my local field. Am I right?

I had to stay away from here and other forums for a few weeks lol, every time I came on here and read people's posts I just went bonkers thinking I didn't do enough and whatnot. Looking back, I think I put more than enough.

Well guys it was rocky....but my baby is gonna be here Monday evening at 6:45pm he lands in LAX....His interview was pretty long...she asked a lot of questions about my kids and family but of course he knew what to say and she approved him on the spot. I can't wait....so happy this is finally over and I can breathe now.

Received my biometrics schedule for 14th. I noticed that there’s only 2 application number indicated at the bottom part of the notice which is the ead and aos. I applied also for ap but i didn’t received yet the hard copy of noa1 for ap yet I received 3 noa’s email from uscis. Is it normal?

Biometrics done! I was in and out in 5 mins. Great service at the USC in Bellflower, CA! Everyone was so lovely.
 
Now, the anxiety begins. Really hoping we don't get an RFE. 

He’s here!!!! My fiancé arrived on Friday night! He’s settling in well and we both still feel like we’re living the most incredible dream of our lives!! So beyond worth the wait to be together. We’re getting married in 19 days and I’ll definitely post a pic of our wedding afterwards!

I was worrying a bit too, but the letters arrived anyway As you can see from my signature, my NOA1 is almost the same as yours, and I only got the letters on Saturday. I'm sure yours are coming soon too.

I'm going to my biometrics appointment in Bellflower, CA tomorrow and hope everything will go smoothly. I was supposed to do an early walk-in last week but I got a deep cut on my pinkie after a little accident in the kitchen. Being a full-time housewife is NOT easy! Can't wait to get my EAD and start working.

Yay! My husband just went to pick up the mail and we got our 3 noa1 already!
