Hey everyone, yes we got through. We flew in yesterday and my husband had to go to immigration by himself and that took only 20 minutes because there was only 1 person in front him. The gave him a paper informing him to get a ssn but also that we have to pay another $220 immigrant visa processing fee or they will not issue his green card until it is paid. They say on the paper to pay it beforw coming but no one told us that.

Great!! Glad to hear you finally got through as well.  We were on they plane almost home when your message received!!!  Hope he gets the visa picked up soon, if not already done so.

Called this morning, just checked and we got issued!!!

No, each I-130 requires $535 fee.

I think this post is for @mrsfranklynw. But in whatever case, as some people have post here, they are taking a little time to send cases to NVC.

I dont know like they told me first they couldnt find it then the end of nov they said they sent it but jan i check again and they send it like dec 29 so i missed the change of having my husband here for the holidays   it was hurtful i just ready for this process to  end

so after 14 weeks i finally got a case number from NVC they said that Texas wasn't sending all packets

Its just an official case complete.

For those who are close to NOA2 please start collecting tax info as i heard it's now becoming more of a hassle to get the transcript~

Just called NVC and get an interview date of 4th December at Dhaka Embassy. My CC was 10/30.  NVC still scheduling interviews, so those who are waiting for interview dates, make sure to call everyday. I hope yours one is there as well.  

my case completed 30th oct n got p4 interview letter on 1st nov 2017. 

I'm not sure about speeding things up...but I called this morning and was given my interview date.  They told me my interview was scheduled on the 9th but I still have not received an email.  So it may at least give you more info.

Called NVC this morning. They received our case yesterday but she said it can take 2 weeks to generate a case number. Should I call again at the end of this week? I just wanted recommendations of how to proceed. Thanks 😊

The USCIS website is not reliable

Check another clinic. Make sure they don't think you're trying to get your visa medical exam through them, just the vaccinations. My husband did his at a clinic also for much less and he just took the vaccination record they gave him to his medical exam.

TSC is being really slow in sending out cases to NVC. Mine was approved on Oct 2nd and they just sent it out yesterday (Oct 30th). My status changed online today.

Thanks!! I got an email from USCIS that stated they sent it out. My case got approved sept.13 i believe (check my timeline)...so it took some time for them to send it. Once i got the email, it was updated online. 

Texas takes forever to send over the cases..hang in there
