    hello there.. i'm anne btw, and my fiancé working in Toronto.. He's a Filipino citizen and was lucky to work in Canada since January of this year..

    got some questions, do you have any idea about the consulate transfer?

    since we wanted to do the interview in Manila, Philippines instead of Montreal coz his work permit ends on Jan2018 and i just submitted the documents last July31 and got the NOA1 mail last August7.. as what i read online, for NOA2, it will take a while.. we're worried that he can't make it until his contract ends.. plus he needs to get a Police Clearance in Hongkong and Philippines too.  :mellow: hope to hear from you. thanks!
