I have just checked "My Case status"
It is OOS or they are making updates right now.
Let see  what will happen in couple hours....

Just received updates in my case through  USCIS mob app:
 
As of September 24, 2019, fingerprints relating to your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number LIN xxxxxxxxxx, have been applied to your case.
 
 
Who knows what that means?

Happened to a couple of people today across the the forms.
No idea yet.

Just an fyi, I just saw an October 4th approval on the USCIS tracker app.  
 
February 2019 Vermont filer with no case transfers, no RFE (according to the case history) and based on that, most probably no N-400 filing.
 
I’m assuming this is random but you never know.  USCIS is full of surprises.

3rd Quarter (April 1, 2019 - June 30, 2019) report is available here:
Basically in the last three months there were:
I-751 forms Received: 46,297
I-751 forms Approved: 50,529
I-751 forms Denied: 1,920
I-751 forms Adjudicated: 52,449 (approved+denied)
There are still 237,899 pending applications as of June 30, 2019

I absolutely agree!! Years ago members aiways filled out their timelines, which was the whole reason for this forum. Ivan has statistics generated from numbers were gathered from timelines as well.  Its difficult to answer some questions if timelines aren't completed.
