If your profile is correct, and your husband is a citizen of South Africa, he does not need a visa to enter Jamaica as a tourist.  To re-enter the US he will need his South African passport and green card showing LPR status.

Finally our Journey can take a break we received green card in the mail today.... What a journey on top of covid19 it seemed as if we would never receive the green card we can now take a short break. I hope all that are still waiting hear something soon and hang in there

Any idea as to how long its taking to receive green card?

Thank you! I hope you receive good news soon... Today it says our case was approved which i think is backwards bcuz they already said card was being produced...so I said all that to say they aren't very organized at this point...

I checked online and our card is being produced as of Oct 30, 2020....Finally!

At the interview. She said the medical was fine but the vacs were incomplete so we had to get that part done. 

Anyone still waiting on approval after AOS interview? We had our interview on Sept 14th

We got a letter in the mail today saying that we are approved.

We had our interview today and it went well and was very short....the lady said she didn't see anything wrong and we would know by the end of the week.... She only asked to see things we had jointly and asked my husband his name, my name and date of birth. She asked me had i met his parents and that was it the rest of the time we talked about how beautiful Cape Town is... I'm hoping to get notice that card is on the way so we can take an immigration break for a minute.....
