We've sent our package on January 26th and on February 07th at night (around 0:20) I received e-notification saying that all petitions have been accepted and received by USCIS. 
Awaiting for mail with NOA within 7-10 days.

Hi guys,
Just an update. I had my interview earlier today and it went well. We only waited 10 minutes before we got called in. The officer recommended us for approval.  We were asked about the history of our relationship (how we met, when did we decide to get married, etc.),  personal information, (age, bday, address, names, wedding date,), and asked for more photos and that was it for the interview. We were at the interview room for an hour, because the officer and my husband ended up talking about basketball.  (Let's GO WARRIORS!)
Anyways, the whole process was pretty painless. Thank goodness!
Now, the waiting game begins for the Green Card.  

We sent our AOS (485/131/765) package via FedEx on January 24th and it arrived at the Chicago lockbox on the 26th.  We received all the texts/e-mails last night (Feb. 6th) at about 11:30pm saying that our applications had been received.

Hi October filers, my wife just received her AOS interview notice letter, scheduled for March 6.  Our AOS timeline:

Hi, Im glad to have stumbled upon this forum, Thank you for taking the time to read and reply to this, any help is greatly appreciated.
So, My girlfriend and I have recently decided to apply for a K1 visa. She is an American citizen while I am a single mom to an illegitimate child from the Philippines. We met online and have been a couple since 2012. She visited a lot over the course of two years until finally applying for dual citizenship (her parents are Filipino) and moving here to the Philippines to continue her schooling last year. Due to personal reasons, we decided that moving to the US would be the next best step for us. After lurking on the site we attempted to gather and fill out documents and decided to consult with an attorney about our chances and the process. Because she's still a student, we thought we could use her step mom as our co-sponsor but were told by the attorney that due to the high volume of applicants lately here in the philippines, all applicants using co-sponsorship wouldnt be entertained.
Naturally we were crushed but I remembered reading a similar post on here about it and a lot commented that this wasn't true but is there any follow up on that? There was also a mention of a student couple who was approved using co sponsorship, i would just like to know how recent was this? Also, just wondering, being a same sex couple would there be any discrimination against us?
We were already getting gathering all our evidence and filling out documents and were really bummed with this news.

ISSUED!! our Visa status was just changed to Issued on the CEAC Visa status check. 😂

Good afternoon everyone! My visa was approved last Tuesday and I just got the email saying it was issued last Friday and I can go there pick it up tomorrow! yay! I will travel to US in the beginning of august , just bought my tickets yesterday. I am so happy 🎉🎉🎉

Just an update we have received an email confirmation from us embassy here in Qatar that our case has been received and gave us the list for packet 3.
Hoping your case will be moving as well. 

To give you all an update, i have waited on the OMBUDSMAN now longer than i care to wait, and i havent heard anything back yet.  their email to me said they will respond sometime within 45 days, which is unacceptable.  so i went to my congressman today, and i just need to provide a note from my doctor for the reason i originally expedited our case...too easy.  After that, they are submitting a congressional inquiry into this.  I'll have that note to them by tomorrow.  
 
If anyoneeelse sees this after this thread is old and forgotten, what i would do is not wait like i have and dont even bother with other avenues of redress...go straight to your congressman for your district.  You can find them online with a simple google search.  Call them, fill ou amd submit the privacy release form, and let them handle it.  I tried to do it the proper way and all i got was more grief.  

After 191 days of waiting, we are finally approved!  While it seems that I am behind most of you, at least it is our turn!

hoping for our case to be moving forward as well it is kinda frustrating as well as we cannot plan waht to do next since we are both clueless where our case is.

Hello! For us to I was just hoping it was because of Ramadan but I think it is not.
 
And since no one can give me a concrete answer where our case is I tried tracking all the packages that was sent to Qatar from the DHL website starting 4 may onwards and have found only 1 that was sent last 08 Jun and was received 12Jun. 
Hoping it would be our case and have checked with other VJ members for Qatar it will take 3-4 weeks before case gets ready from the time they have received it. 
 
We will keep you posted. 

hi! for us it is stuck in transit for 2 months now, as per nvc it was sent to qatar consulate last 4 may.and as per embassy they have'nt got it yet.
my fiance will contact their congressperson to inquire iur case on our behalf.
 

Woohooo, finally our petition got approved today June 21, 2017 after 6 weeks of waiting when they received our RFE on May 10, 2017 .  What a relief, those that are still waiting for NOA2 I hope you all get it soon.

Tomorrow is the big day...I'm in Jamaica with my fiancé to attend her interview...I think I'm more nervous than her just praying everything goes as planned will be giving you guys a update!!!

Yesterday me and me fiancée had an interview. VISA APPROVED! 
 
I just want want to thank you everyone for all your support, tips, sharing your experience with us. I know it's not over yet and there is gonna be much more paperwork but for now we are relieved... :-)
