Has anyone here received a green card without going through the interview process

Flew WOW airlines, I couldn’t check in online on their app, or on the website so I just went a couple hours early to check in at the airport. They knew exactly what it is, so no problems with that either. Good Luck and happy travelling!

Just wanna let you guys know, I just used my combo card to leave the country. Had no problems coming back in. Basically just got a stamped that said “paroled.” I asked the cbp officer if I can use it again for future travel, He said as long as it’s not expired it’s fine. 

I’m travelling using the combo card this Monday, anyone used it yet? I’m having anxiety

Just had an update on my green card status

”At this time USCIS cannot provide you with information for your case. 

Please contact the NCSC 1 (800) 375-5283 for additional information”

what does this mean? We went from interview pending scheduling to this today. 😰

Hang in there. We had to wait 163 days. Filed 3 SR one by phone two online. No response. Then we called senator, two-3 weeks later we received approval. Try contacting your representative, it might help. Good luck

Hi planning on traveling next month with COMBO CARD. What other documents should I bring to prevent problems entering the country. Thanks 

Planning on traveling in September. Will I have any trouble reentering the country with the ead/ap card, or should I just wait for the green card. 

Finally approved for EAD and AP. 164 days! Waiting for the card now.  The status online didn’t change. But received hard copy approval by mail.

Filed October 5th 2017. Only case received for EAD and pending interview scheduling for I485. It’s march 15 2018. Nothing from USCIS. Files 3 SR, called and filed with the senator. No response. Your not the only one. We didn’t even receive an RFE. 

Im still in case received for EAD  (137 days on oct 5th) and interview to be scheduled on I485. You guys are lucky to get them all early.

Anyone still waiting for their EAD, case received oct 5th. Filed and SR already at 90 days, it’s 137 days now. Thinking about calling a senator 

It’s been 118 days, no response on EAD, AP, or Green card. Stuck in case was received. Awaiting interview scheduling.  

We called asked to be transferred to tier 2, the lady was like “we don’t transfer to tier 2 anymore”

We still haven’t received his EAD and AP it’s been 107 days we filed a SR at 91 days, this wait is so long

Pending AOS, still waiting for EAD and AP, all three applies October 2017, coming from K1. My husband is filing taxes, we are trying to figure out whether I am a resident or non resident for filing. Thanks

We send EAD back first week of October, and this status "Case was received" still not changed it is now nearing 90 day mark. Is this status supposed to change or do we just keep waiting until we receive the EAD?  Do we have to call USCIS to get a service request? please help?!

We had this status changed November 9th 2017. its now 12/5/17. We are not really sure how long the wait is for the interview or if its going to be waived. We are coming from K1 to AOS. We also applied for AOS, EAD and AP back in October.

1. How long is the wait for AOS interview, EAD, and AP?

2. What should we prepare now while waiting?  (As far as documents, we have a Marriage certificate, Apt Lease, Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance together, Bills on both our names,  and life insurance.)

Boarding passes, passport stamps showing dates of when you saw each other,  Emails, Cards,  Letters, Snail Mail, anything that has a date on it that shows the progression of your relationship would be good. In addition to this we also took screen shots of our conversations on I-message, Whatsapp, and Viber. Call logs, Phone bills showing you have been in contact  can also be used as proof.

Also, do we need a certified official copy of marriage for I-131 and I-765 or can we just submit a copy? thanks

We're completing the packet for AOS from K1. Found conflicting info whether we still need to submit I-693 if we had a medical done 3 months  ago or is the DS 3025 the only thing we need to submit or both? Help

My fiancé just received his k1 now with POE in Atlanta. We don't have a wedding date set up yet but planning on doing so next month at the city hall. 

Do do we need to have a date set and scheduled prior to his entry to the country?
