great to hear! i am actually more concerned about airline staff knowledge with AP. do you mind sharing your experience with airline staff? especially the check-in people? which airline did you use and which country did you board your plane to the US?

Flew WOW airlines, I couldn’t check in online on their app, or on the website so I just went a couple hours early to check in at the airport. They knew exactly what it is, so no problems with that either. Good Luck and happy travelling!

Still waiting response to SR is “still working on your case” no REF nothing after biometrics except enquiries from me to them -call, email ,online checks.

I don’t even know what to think anymore.

Hang in there. We had to wait 163 days. Filed 3 SR one by phone two online. No response. Then we called senator, two-3 weeks later we received approval. Try contacting your representative, it might help. Good luck

I check USCIS website and I see they move already to November fillers but what about OCTOBER fillers  my case date 10/10/17 Submit 2 SR and one expedited, I send them RFE about Job offer AND still NO UPDATE or approval that drive me crazy

what more I need to do ????

Filed October 5th 2017. Only case received for EAD and pending interview scheduling for I485. It’s march 15 2018. Nothing from USCIS. Files 3 SR, called and filed with the senator. No response. Your not the only one. We didn’t even receive an RFE

  4. We had this status changed November 9th 2017. its now 12/5/17. We are not really sure how long the wait is for the interview or if its going to be waived. We are coming from K1 to AOS. We also applied for AOS, EAD and AP back in October.

    1. How long is the wait for AOS interview, EAD, and AP?

    2. What should we prepare now while waiting?  (As far as documents, we have a Marriage certificate, Apt Lease, Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance together, Bills on both our names,  and life insurance.)

    Thanks again

I'm gathering all i need for the interview once our NOA2 is approved soon but i was wondering if chat logs are a must for the proof of your ongoing relationship? what about Facebook posts between the two of us? for example, something he's wrote about me on my birthday with a picture of us or something he's wrote about us from a trip we just took, with a picture of us also, are they helpful? I have phone logs but just wanted to know if i chat logs is a must ^_^

Boarding passes, passport stamps showing dates of when you saw each other,  Emails, Cards,  Letters, Snail Mail, anything that has a date on it that shows the progression of your relationship would be good. In addition to this we also took screen shots of our conversations on I-message, Whatsapp, and Viber. Call logs, Phone bills showing you have been in contact  can also be used as proof.

  6. Hi!

Were doing our final checklist for AOS, can anyone please check if we have everything?

Also, do we need a certified official copy of marriage for I-131 and I-765 or can we just submit a copy? thanks
