We will have our interview next month at the Rio consulate. Unfortunately, I (Petitioner) wont be able to come due to work, but I don't think its required. I think as long as you guys have all the required documents you should be fine. Good Luck!

Does it need to be notarized? Thanks

There is this form
https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/files/form/i-134.pdf
then there is this one (sample)

which one do we use? We are almost at the interview stage and I just saw this. Thanks

"Your case is in transit to the Consular Section. Your interview date was provided to you by the National Visa Center."
I just called NVC today and got a case number, checked it and this came out. Does that mean its on its way to the embassy? When do we get Packet 3? And where is this interview date!?
Thanks

Are the processing time in the USCIS websites even accurate,
https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/processingTimesDisplay.do
I know we are it's still within normal processing (filed dec), but the anxiety is killing me. Waking up everyday hoping today is the day we receive NOA 2, but still nothing.

Are W2s enough or do I need to get a copy of my last income tax return or transcripts for the I 134? I have a stable career for the past couple years way above the 125% poverty guideline. Also, how far do I go back in years as far as retrieving these documents (Do i need to get the ones from 2014, 2013, etc.)? Thanks!

We've been to a lot of countries, so I had to coordinate our stamps and boarding passes together. Do I need to print out hotel receipts as well? Or are boarding passes and stamps with photos enough. Thanks

Hello, me and my fiancé have lucky to be meeting all over the world for the past 3 years. We have been to 13 countries plus visits to each other's home cities. We have so much stuff from boarding passes, hotel receipts, passport stamps, and lots and lots of photos. How do I organize all of this and place it neatly in the i129f packet. Thanks
After K1
in K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures

Probably repetitive, but just want to know what's next after receiving the K1 visa. (1) What documents do we need to start doing, and (2) how much would be the next process after getting married within 90 days. We have our K1 interview on the 20th and assuming we'll receive it, we just want to anticipate the future process. Thanks again.
