They typically get back to you anywhere from 30-90 days! It's not time to be anxious yet...some even wait longer! It's coming..wait for it!🙏😊

After i360 approval, your i485 is sent to the local office to be decided! When you're next in line on the queue you will be invited over for an interview! Make no mistakes about that dear!😊👍

My dear its finally here... @Stillwinning!!!😊I waited for 9months counting from October  29th 2018 not counting the EAD automatic 180days extension... 2 days ago I submitted a out of normal processing time case enquiry ....the renewal was almost forever until this afternoon I just loggin and saw this.. 

Hey there.. RFE responses take anywhere between 30 and 90 days! And in some cases longer! When your i360 is approved, your i485 will be transferred to your local office to join the queue for AOS interview! However long it takes for you to move up the line is how fast your interview will be scheduled!

Yes you can file for VAWA.I am a man and,  I filed based on phycological and physical abuse. I was approved last month. It took 19 months and one RFE ( good moral character).The attorney you went to is an idiot and don't listen to her. In my opinion you have strong if you have all of those evidence. Good luck 😇

Exactly! You nailed it!👍 happy it worked out for you..most of these attorneys are not committed/dedicated to their clients and consequently can not see the plights of these broken hearts!💔 All they see and want is money 💰 money 💰 and more money! Sad😞 but true!👌

Wow! If only they can put same energy they use in brilliantly extorting money from gullible and vulnerable folks into updating themselves on the constantly changing immigration laws and actually become dedicated to their clients..then maybe just maybe..it might be worth it! SMH!😕

Base on this new information it wouldn’t matter because the incident happened after you filed VAWA and since the FBI came back clean you have nothing to worry about.

I have been mostly a silent reader on this forum. First, I want to thank all of you for sharing you experience, knowledge and doubts with all of us.
As many of yours my journey has not been easy, like people say "the struggle is real" and the waiting really seems to never end...
Second, I am so happy to inform you that I finally got my approval notification this morning. 
 
This is my timeline:
May 2017: Docs Received-fees were waived
June 6 2017: Prima facie
Dec 2017: Prima Facie Renewal
May 2018: Prima Facie Renewal
Nov 2018: Prima Facie Renewal
Jan 31 2019: Inquiry - Case Out of Processing Time
Feb 1st 2019: Request for additional evidence RFE (Good Moral Character)
April 15th 2015: RFE response received @ Vermont Center 
May 5th 2019: Prima Facie Renewal
May 6th 2019: "Name Update" (I did not request this but I was told that this is an automatic notification when they touch your file/archive)
June 2019: VAWA Approved! 
 
Yes, It is tough. The waiting, the thoughts, EVERYTHING is really crazy, specially after we have been through A LOT of stuff in a bad marriage. Words cannot describe how I feel right now, after so much time I can say that im starting to feel myself again. 
I don't know what I would have done without this forum and the people that share their thoughts and experience here. I Specially thank my dear friend @Stillwinning!!!😊for being such an amazing support and listener/reader of my messages.   
 
I promise I will share my timeline again when I finish my process with the GC application and everything.

Only send what they ask for in a RFE.  If you have Prima Facie, you can send in additional information with the blue form.  Don't send in both together.
