My former attorney gave me my interview date.. she's mailing my my notice and I'll be getting it next week 

Good morning everyone so last week I checked my status and this is what I saw⬇️. Fast forward to today and I still haven't received my notice.. usually anything my former attorney from Catholic charities submitted they'd receive it and I've been in contact with them and they haven't received it as of yet.. and it's not like them to not receive my notice or receipt.. I'm kinda nervous because I don't want to miss my interview waiting on a notice that may have been lost.. I know USCIS schedule interview at the beginning of the month and the end of the month and the end is near. How long after any of you received your notice did you have your interview? I know with the way things are happening every single thing is up in the air.. I just want to ease my mind

Good day all I decided to check my status and saw this . Also my daughter got her ead and advance parole she's is 9 years old.. I applied for her i485 in January under my vawa, paid the fee and boom it was done she was here with me and over stayed for a while (I was a nerves wreck).. I'm excited and nerves.. it's been a long time coming.. it's been 2 years and 4 months since Catholic charities helped me file by the advise of Sandra who's been the one who encourage me to do it.. she played a major role in me believing I could do this. then I moved out of the state I filed and been representing myself and my daughter ever since.. reading and asking questions here help me with ensuring I crossed my T's and dot my I's. Hopefully all goes well with the interview and we get our green card 🙌🏾

Good morning all.. I have a little dilemma.. when I initially filed my vawa it was with Catholic charities back in Louisville KY.. the attorney that files it has since resigned and I've since moved.. they no longer represent me.. I've since place in a change of address with VSC.. here's where the issue is .. VSC is still sending my mail to them ... Is there anyway I can get them to stop sending it there and send straight to me .. because of this it's been delaying the arrival of my letters and notification to me and to get in touch with the immigration attorney at Catholic charities take up to 2 days to even have them check and see.. then I have to wait on top of that up to 1 and a half to 2 weeks to get it.. I really need to find a solution to this .. any help would be greatly appreciated thank you in advance..

Good morning all has anyone ever receive a request for evidence for their I 485 after their vawa was approved? What evidence would they be asking for? I know one would say wait for the letter to come to see what they are asking for .. but I'm a nervous wreck!! 

GN all I'm trying to file my taxes and I was wondering what category do we fall under a non resident alien or a resident alien.. well I've been present in the USA from September of 2017.. my vawa was submitted back may 2018 I got my ead in April my vawa approved in November 2019

Hey all so I just received my approval letter for my i360 in the mail.. I now want to submit my daughter i485 where do I submit it? To Vermont or to my local office? This is the only thing that has me tripped up ... 

Hey all finally they updated my status.. now I'm waiting on the approval letter so I can submit my daughter documents to get her ball rolling .. I'm excited.. hopefully her transaction is successful and smooth.. I've been saving up just to have her funds ready for when I got my approval letter.. please wish us luck and send up prayers..

Morning all I am so confused right now I got my c31 work permit back in November my status changed on my i360 that card was mailed to me and my i485 was changed to sent to local office October 31st..  Today I checked my status and my i765 states it was denied december .. Will the status of my i765 directly affect my i360 or my 1485? I really don't understand why they denied it if they sent it to me

Thank you. You're one of the most helpful and sweetest person on this feed.  I was asking for it because I need it to submit with my daughter 1485 ... I was reading up on it on uscis website and that's one of the things I need to send with her package ..

How long did it take to receive your courtesy and approval letter after you got your c31ead and status updates to case was sent to local office?  I'm still waiting on mine..  I got my c31 ead and my i485 status was updated "transferred to local office " November 4th I'm a May 2018 filer..

Good morning all.  I just wanted to share an update on my process. I got a notification.. So now I wait for my approval letter for my i130 and my interview notice..  They mailed my new ead c31 it was shipped to my old lawyer at Catholic charities in Louisville KY..  And she'll be sending it to me..

Further I have a question that what are the supporting documents you attached with your file do you have some police report or court order restraining order to show the abuse etc

I got a request for evidence back in July  2018.. I sent the basics. my police record for everywhere I lived,  the shelters I stayed at gave me letters, my friends wrote letters, my husband birth certificate, my documents..  Stuff like that, I didn't have a therapist letter or anything. 

And thank you all..  It's been along journey..  

Does anyone know the next step I have to take with my daughter..  She's with me and she's on my vawa as my derivative. I remember MS  Sandra saying I have to wait tell vawa approved to file a paper for her but I don't remember which one it is..

Yes..  I already have my ead..  I attached everything.

I did that and it was rejected a month back and reason was that I didn't pay the fee
