Just got ADIT stamp before the 2nd extension expired on Jan. 03.  Then received the messages from CIS saying card is ordered and I-751 has been approved.  FINALLY!  Had no biometric nor interview. YSC Potomac center.

Sent our packet Oct. 07 and delivered Oct. 09.  Payment is still not cashed yet.  One thing we need to keep in mind is that, all federal employees' unused leave will not be allowed to carry over more than 240 hrs to next year even though people couldn't go anywhere during COVID.  That means there might be more delays before the end of year as many employees will take leave. 

The interview notice from Guangzhou will tell you what to do.

For those of you K-1 applicants, please make sure the I-693, Report of Medical Exam and Vaccination Record, that Chinese medical center using is the current edition dated 10/19/2017.  If Part 9, vaccination record was not checked "all requirements met", you will have to go to a civil surgeon, after you enter U.S., to pay about $300 to have this portion checked.  You can request the Chinese doctor to give you all required shots for an immigrant, even though you will enter as nonimmigrant.  Some Chinese medical centers are still using the old edition.  Also, the instruction for I-693 has been revised too.  

I guess each state is different.  Ours has certificate of divorce judgement.  Good luck.  Make sure to take lots of pictures of wedding ceremony and with her family, relative, friends, and her. 

Those of us who are still waiting, I guess our packets were placed at the very bottom of each stack assigned to every adjudicator, or he/she just took a long vacation due to kid's spring break   Anyway, let's just pray and try not to worry because eventually the good news will come to us.

Thank you all for your suggestions and reminders ( I don't know how to @ each person ).  This will be the second one for us because my fiance failed the first interview when he was nervous seeing consular officer and we didn't prepare well.  This time I will fly over there to support him.

You need to go back and check frequently like I did for my first K-1.  It will say something like "Received", "In transit to ...", "Administrative Processing", and finally "Ready" for the interview.

It all depends on how you will present yourself to the Chinese immigration at the airport.  If you think and are very sure that you will travel as a U.S. citizen then submit U.S. passport for visa application.  If you list both U.S. and Canada then the consular officer at Chinese embassy will ask you the same question: which one do you want to travel under?
