  1. I'm still hanging in there waiting on our ROC, things are not as bad as they were during the K1 in 2018. I've gotten a couple of lucky breaks AOS wise, but all in all I'm good. You really let them have it, sometimes it's cool to get it off your chest. Won't be long now though. I suspect it'll all be over soon!
  2. @LarryHickman on the brighter side how you been and congrats on the wife passing her N400 stuff! I know the frustration though but soon you'll be done hopefully forever with USCIS! It could be worst though we could both be back in May 2018 K1 thread lol!
  3. They want to see everything since you've been married. Joint accounts are best!
  4. Having an interview or not can go either way. So you are right just have to wait and see!
  5. I agree we had lots of evidence, but we still sent monthly statements just for our own piece of mind! It's basically an individual filers call! I will say this, when in doubt send monthly statements!
  6. They usually give you a generic and canned reply, but it's a good thing to submit anyways.
  7. It should not cause any problems, but no need to send that in with your ROC.
  8. That is just for your records or use it if you lose or your GC is destroyed. No need to send with your I-751. It's used mostly with the I-90.
  9. It's fairly normal to transfer a case, but it has been an excessive amount of time to get your NOA wow...when exactly did you get your NOA and what center was handling your case and where is it being transferred too? Being that it was in the process of being transferred they took an excessive amount of time to get you your NOA. Once your case gets where it is going I would submit a support request for a lost document referring to your bio-metrics appointment! If they sent you a transfer notification letter i would put in the support request ASAP. Read thru this thread to find out how to send the support request. Lots of here in the thread sent in the request and were able to get our bio-metrics waivers and or appointments. Which center sent you your NOA was it the original center or was it the center your case was transferred too? If you would fill out your time line it would be easier to assist you and give you better/more information.
  10. Did you put in another service request? I would put them in until they answer!
  11. As what was pointed out to you, check the USCIS website right before you send off your packet to make sure the form did not update on you. These forms can change on a dime!!!!
  12. Welcome to the thread! Please update your timeline. That's how you can keep us updated!
  13. Let's hope it continues to bring you luck. Hopefully USPS will not super fast deliver!
  14. Go check out this thread it may give you an idea. As far as assembling your packet it depends on what evidences and documents you have. Also look at the instructions for the 751 it lists documents you may need there. Bank statements. Wills medical DNR, utilities bills, leases, taxes the things married couples accumulate. Insurance, all these items in joint (both names).
  15. I knew I saw two couples applying for ROC in June I guess they must have gotten lost... lol hopefully they'll be along shortly!
  16. June 2022 is here I seen a couple of June filers already posting elsewhere in the forum so I decided to make the June 2022 ROC filers thread for you to gather in. Good luck to all that will be sending in their ROC packet this month. Do not hesitate to ask your questions. My your journey be quick or at least bearable! Be sure to keep your timelines updated with the current dates and stats, this will help everyone!
  17. Well I guess we all have to do what we do best.......wait!!!!! 😀
