    I don't think there is anything to it meaning no rhyme or reason. I suspect it was just a luck of the draw at that particular service center with that particular IO. More like he or she had a goodnight the night before lol!

    Yes, they were one of the first ones to blaze through. I was shocked to see their approval, but this latest one electrocuted me!

    Yes they are happy over joyed in fact. That's extremely quick. 60 days for ROC unreal!

    Looks like someone in August 2022 ROC filers has gotten approved. No interview Nebraska service center! Now that's fast 60 days they said. It's a mystery how USCIS works.

    Yes it is true. The reason is they still can use your last biometrics as it was not to long since you had the last biometrics. I'm not sure of the timeframe between biometrics, but yes it's true. You still must include the biometrics fee though and it is non refundable!
