So I Had a call back in the works since I saw the letter in informed mail...on my way to the infopass they call....APPROVED !!!!!!! 5 days ago.... I tearfully thanked the rep and went home.....finally I can breathe
My fiance knew about everything....and he went drinking with his friend...I think he got too anxious and now I can't get hold of him....

I agree. I feel so close....I leave for Africa in 4 days.....

I've been doing similar things (checking to see if and when she's posted). I'm so sorry @Lovemycroatianman. Hopefully, things even out soon. This can't be easy.

The reason I ask is....if you schedule through ustraveldocs it gives you a calendar with available dates....you can schedule when you want.
It's my understanding that if the medical isn't done in the Philippines they give you the 221 and it's approved shortly thereafter. I've also read that things move VERY quickly in the Philippines so hopefully you will be with your fiance soon. 
 
But I know in Algeria the medical results can take up to 15 days.... (Everything is slow in Algeria)

What's your current date updated on CEAC listed under Ready?  If it's today or from Friday then it's possible that they did receive your medical results.  It's also possible that they might get them tomorrow before your interview, depending on what time that is and what time their courier service delivers.  I'll keep my fingers crossed for you.

We kept using CEAC to check the status until it said Visa Issued.  About a day after it said Visa Issued we received an email with a tracking number that we could use to track the package until it arrived at the pickup location.  This was for London, though, and I'm not sure how it works for the Philippines.

My fiance is officially unemployed. Yesterday was his last day at work and today he bought some new clothes for him (because they are so much cheaper there) and a couple of sarees for me I've been busy with final wedding preparations, cleaning and arranging the apartment, and double-checking the guest list. We've been waiting for so long - I keep reminding myself that these last 2 weeks is so much shorter than the time I've been waiting.

I'm sure everything will work out fine.  You don't need to worry, you have WAY more supporting evidence for the I-134 than I sent my fiance.  I only sent him a letter from my employer and 2 pay stubs and that was it.  They didn't ask for anything more so you're all set.  Just remember to breathe and that you've got this!

I got approved on my interview last Oct.3 at Manila USA Embassy. I checked my NVC status this morning and its currently AP then after 3hrs. I checked it again and now it's Issued. Yay! 

Just to update!  Visa has been received, along with the passport!  Flight booked, for POE in Atlanta on 12 October!!!!!!  It's really happening!!!!!

I've been having a lot of "oh wow, this is really happening" moments over the last week.  I did a massive apartment clean and purge last weekend to make space in my closet, dresser, and desk for my fiance, did some shopping for items for him, and my fiance and I have had many conversations lately where we've both said things that clicked it's really happening (i.e. "when I'm your husband...", "when I leave here I need to leave this for my mom", "before you leave make sure you...", etc.).  When we come back on the 26th it will be exactly 8 months since I finalized the paperwork, did my final check, and got ready to start the journey by getting everything ready to send off via UPS to the Texas lockbox.  When I look back at the time now, I realize how it went both quickly and slowly at the same time somehow and it's a little surreal that in 23 days we'll be on a plane back to the states together.
