"Danger" is having a government with no elected leader in view (right now) or managing the business of the office. "Danger" is having a Vice President who, along with the media, deceived the American people to our faces about the mental condition of the sitting President. "Danger" is having leader who abandons US citizens outside the US (right now). Harris is the real danger to our country.

I'm not forgetting anything. The "proof is in the pudding". During Trump, we had LOW inflation, a secure border, LOWER taxes, and no new wars. The world was a more peaceful place. During Biden/Harris, we have run-away inflation, an invasion at out border, a promise to RAISE taxes, and more world turmoil. Which of these policies offends you: Lower taxes? A secure border? Lower inflation/lower cost of living? Trump took a salary of $0 when he was President.......Does that sound like a con man? a scammer? I will cast my vote on sound domestic policy, not some made-up fake news by the media. I will vote POLICY OVER PERSONALITY.

Remind me of what wars Trump got the US involved in while he was President......Remind me of who was President when Russia invaded Ukraine.....What does "win over Europe" mean? Trump was (and will be again) a strong leader for the benefit of the US. Trump has never "sold us out"..... This is what a strong leader does: "Hunt explained how Trump wanted “a conditions-based withdrawal” of U.S. troops from Afghanistan when he and then-Secretary of State Mike Pompeo were negotiating with Taliban leaders. During these negotiations, Trump told Taliban leaders that he would kill them “if you harm a hair on a single American,” prompting the translator present with them to appear stunned. “And Trump goes, ‘Tell him. Just tell him what I said!’” Hunt said on The Sage Steele Show. “Reached into his pocket, pulled out a satellite photo of the leader of the Taliban’s home, and handed it to him, got up, and walked out the room.” What Biden and Harris did in the Afghanistan withdrawal is what weak leaders do. Putin knows Harris is weak...and he will exploit it.

My wife and I had a combo interview. There will be 2 interviews....first the I-751 interview, then the N-400 interview. What info did you submit with the I-751? During our interview, the immigration officer wanted to see clear evidence that we were still in a bona fide marriage from the time of submitting the I-751 until day of interview. Take updated evidence showing you both live together at the same place, sharing finances, and evidence normally created in a real marriage. I would several bank statements for each year. BOTH OF YOU MUST ATTEND!!!!

Point of Entry and Domicile
Crazy Cat replied to jarj's topic in Military Immigration-Related Discussion
My understanding is that the petitioner must enter either before or with the beneficiary for all immigrant visas. Entry on an Immigrant Visa - U.S. Embassy & Consulates in the United Kingdom (usembassy.gov) "You may not enter the United States to take up residence ahead of the U.S. Citizen petitioner." -

You should assume this is a combo case regardless. US spouse MUST attend, else you risk an automatic denial of both the I-751 and N-400. In our case, I, the US spouse, was notified only 2 days prior to wife's interview that it would be a combo case. There is recent case here which resulted in a denial of I-751 and N-400 when there was a mix-up in instructions and US spouse did not attend.......both spouses should attend.

***Posts condoning illegal activities and replies removed**** - Condone or instruct, either directly or indirectly, others on how to commit fraudulent or illegal immigration activities in any way, shape, manner or method. ***Topics derailing the original question removed**** Mod Hat Off- @PinayAfam, your sister can apply for a tourist visa, but she cannot enter the US as a visitor with the intent to stay and adjust status. That would be visa fraud.

Pakistani police certificates are not needed. There is no central authority. " Police Certificates Unavailable Comments: Pakistan lacks a national mechanism for tracking criminal activities. Police Character Certificates are available for a fee from Police Facilitation Centers. Each province has a criminal record management system, but these are not centrally integrated. Criminal histories are linked to offenders’ CNIC numbers and character certificates are issued by the office located in their parent district. Police certificates are not required for consular processing. "
