    AR-11 is the correct form. They track by A number. Sounds like you are fine. Remember that sponsors who have submitted an I-864 must report address changes by mailing an I-865.

    Legal residents do not have an I-94 history.

    Exactly. Sadly, the existence of an I-94 eliminates all doubt, imo. and now the visa has long expired.

    Unlikely to be the issue. It is more likely evidence to establish the relationship.

    I would just have an updated I-864 with the increased annual income included...along with supporting documentation available for the interview.

    To be honest, you face an uphill battle on several fronts. I have never seen a first meeting waiver granted. @TBoneTX is right. Chances are none. You have a difficult path ahead. Good luck.

    Sounds like the OP wants a dummy ticket. Personally, I would just pay for a flex ticket as @appleblossom suggested.

    No, that would not, in itself, be an issue. Make sure you do NOT file an I-130 with USCIS before exploring the DCF option. Good luck.
