  1. AR-11 is the correct form. They track by A number. Sounds like you are fine. Remember that sponsors who have submitted an I-864 must report address changes by mailing an I-865.
  2. We'll see what happens. It just seems odd.
  3. It makes absolutely no sense that you would have been admitted as visitor.
  4. Have you seen this status, or were you told by USCIS representative?
  5. If you were a legal resident, this info would not be available. That even says your last entry was as a visitor.
  6. Legal residents do not have an I-94 history.
  7. Exactly. Sadly, the existence of an I-94 eliminates all doubt, imo. and now the visa has long expired.
  8. Unlikely to be the issue. It is more likely evidence to establish the relationship.
  9. I would just have an updated I-864 with the increased annual income included...along with supporting documentation available for the interview.
  10. These are members who are much more knowledgeable than I in this kind of issue. I have called them into this discussion.
  11. Are you the beneficiary or the Petitioner? The instructions tell you to submit a proper I-751
  12. ****A person's name is personal information.....A case number is personal information****
  13. **Attachment containing personal information removed. Please redact all personal info from attachments before posting****
  14. There are scores of people in this very forum who have done it. Just be aware of the work and travel restrictions associated with adjustment of status. Follow this guide:
  15. To be honest, you face an uphill battle on several fronts. I have never seen a first meeting waiver granted. @TBoneTX is right. Chances are none. You have a difficult path ahead. Good luck.
  16. The correct question would be "Was I ever admitted as a legal resident ?"
  17. ***Moved from the tourist visa forum to off topic***
  18. Sounds like the OP wants a dummy ticket. Personally, I would just pay for a flex ticket as @appleblossom suggested.
  19. No, that would not, in itself, be an issue. Make sure you do NOT file an I-130 with USCIS before exploring the DCF option. Good luck.
  20. ***As this thread is more than a year old and the OP has not logged in in a year, it is now locked****
