Since when? I thought you needed the interview appointment confirmation to get in.

That's what I did.  I don't have interview appointment when I undergone my medical examination on March 29, 2017. I just presented the screenshot of my case status READY with the case number on it, along with the other requirements for medical exam.

After I passed the medical exam, I paid the visa fee on March31,2017. The same day, I made an appointment for my interview. April11 , had my inteview and was approved 😀

To all those waiting for NoA2, things go super fast once you get your respective Case Numbers. So, hang in there.Yours will surface soooon. We're all in this together, right? Let's help each other as much as we can by updating our timeline so we may cast some light to those who are on the wait and somehow pace our respective schedules. :)

    Aloha! 😊

Your Fiancee can have her medical examination at SLEC even without interview appointment yet. ☺️☺️☺️

Hello! Congratulations! I just want to ask, did the medical take the whole day? I just want to know if I can still go to work on a half day after the medical. Thanks!

Here's my medical experience. I went to SLEC around 3am, I got the queue no.1 😀 . I finished around 9am. I was asked if I wanna get the result the same day, I said "Yes". The staff told me to come back around 1pm. I had my vaccination. I got the result around 3pm.

hope you get together with your fiancé soon.

and hope we also see some progression on our case as well ! 🤗

Thank you so much. Yes , and it would be quicker if only I had my interview a week before my medical exam.

I'm still here in Philippines, I'll be flying out to US next month, as soon as I accomplish everything I need. 😀😀😀

  5. For my medical, I stayed at Hotel Soriente, I paid 1600php. It's just one minute walk away from SLEC.

For my interview, I stayed at M Hotel. It's two minutes away from US embassy. I got deluxe room for only 877 pesos 😀.

  6. I'm a Philippines Passport holder. My passport was renewed last year at Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

NOTE: The table above covers the number of unworked cases touched between Wednesday and today. The connectivity issues yesterday made the comparison from yesterday to today unusable. So this includes 2 days of worked cases. The summary above the table is accurate for today's data.

OMG, I still keep on checking updates for November, even I'm a December filer and already got approved. ???. Why it moves very minimal for those cases. They should do half from Nov half from December. I can feel how frustrating is this for them ???

  8. December 6, 2016  NOA1

    March 6, 2017 NOA2

    Macrch 23, 2017 Case number issued ?

    March 24 , 2017 READY status

    OMG everything moves so fast

congrats to those who got approved.

To those who hasnt been approved yet, stay put, nothing we can do but to wait.

I wish USCIS will work fast and pay attention to some November cases too. My heart for those November filers who havent heard any goodnews yet ???

Yeah, it is annoying especially when we thought we had made our package airtight.

We've been together over 3 years and included a lot of information in our packet so I'm 90% it's about OKC. Unfortunately we assumed they would know by now it's not a imb but hey least they are working on it. I'm hoping it will only add 2 weeks to our wait.

For anyone reading and submitting soon that has met on any dating site please add in information that the site is not a imb not matter what site it is :)

Yeah I understand how you feel. RFE isn't bad at all coz they'll just ask for some evidences, just comply then for sure you'll be approved.

Yeah better include the Terms and Conditions like we did, to prevent some delays.

I am a Jan filer waiting for NOA2. Is there a way to add information to your petition before they adjudicate it to avoid this kind of RFE? Or I just have to wait and see if they'd send me one? Thank you in advance, and goodluck to everyone!

Oh I think none, you just have to wait and see. Some people didn't include terms and conditions but got approved. It depends on adjucator I guess

  11. 10 hours ago, Thezappa said:

I just got notification right there for an RFE from the app. With that in mind I think they do the notifications throughout the day...

I'm also guessing its the same as @geowrian for proof that OKC is not an IMB.

GAHH, at least our case has been touched!! Guess I had luck of being irish today on paddy's day :)

We got approved on March 6,2017. Receipt date December 6,2016.

We included in our packet the OKC terms and conditions , and an email screenshot  from them that OKC isn't IMB.

We included everything they might asked for so we wont get RFE. My Fiancee' already been to US for 8months and I had visited her in Philippines twice. We included my Fiancee's I-94 , US B1 Visa, US entry Stamp, I-539 non immigrant application for extension, and everything.

I feel sorry for the RFE you got, that will make you wait for weeks but it isnt bad at all coz on the brigther side, atleast you know they're working  for your cases. ??? There's a lot of cases from November that haven't been worked on yet.

Well I have almost compiled all of the paperwork needed for the embassy once our packet clears the NVC

Over 1,000 pages of every text we have sent.

85 or so pictures of us together.

    All the financials

    copies of passport and stamps.

    Letter from employer

    check stubs

    w2's

    bank statements

just waiting on the tax transcripts.

Qonder what fed ex is going to ding me for in shipping.

    Good luck everyone.

wow 1000 pages of text messages, that's a lot ?

On our 129F packet, proof of communication consists of 15pages, 8screenshots of text messages each page/ each month ??? and we're approved.

our relationship is like one year when we filed i-129F. That's why its not a lot .

1000pages wont do any harm, but I think thats too much and heavy .

Oh well, its better to be over prepared ?. That would be fine.

I'll just do the same like I did for I-129F.
