It might just be a computer glitch if it says invalid. But I like the positive thought!

Ours is the same. We have the hard copies in hand. I don't think it means its not being processed, its likely just a computer glitch or someone probably has been able to enter them as of yet.

Same here, can't track EAD either.

😀 Yes , it might be glitch or so. I tracked 500 cases using the USCIS case tracker there are lots of invalid codes, for sure its all  EAD cases

No! Nothing in the mail as yet. I noticed that I'm able to track form 485 and 131, but not the EAD. It's saying the recepit number is invalid.  I don't know what that's about, but I'm just patiently waiting again.

    Same here I received hardcopy of noa1 for i485, i765 i131, I cant track the EAD 😢

Would that mean they disregard the I EAD then focus faster to GC processing instead?

haha Im just looking on it as positive thing 😂😂😂

I don't think you will get an RFE. However, on my case, I've been out of status for 3 years and a half before I even applied for AOS. Hubby got hurt in the job and couldn't work so I didn't know what to do back then about my AOS. About my I-693, I do really hope they only ask me to bring it on the interview.

awwww so its been 3 years. I read  some people posts theyre requested for i693 and was just asked to bring it on interview

People say you can never send "too much" evidence, that it's better to put a lot than get RFEs. On my case, there's a big chance that I will get RFE since I didn't put I-693 on my application. But I am REALLY hoping that they just ask me to bring it on the interview. ( I am really concern about the 1-year-validity of the medical exam so I didn't include it. ) Fingers crossed.

same here. I didnt include i-693 , and im confident not to have RFE. On I-683 instructions, it clearly states that applicants from Kvisa won't need to include I-693 as long as you had your overseas medical exam is within one year and you have no CLASS A annotation.

In my case I had it last March 2017 and my medical annotation was Class N , stamped on my passport. And on my D3025 , I completed the required vaccines. So I have nothing to worry about.

My packet was delivered the same day as him and I haven't heard anything yet, not a text, email or in the mail. I called today and they said they have up to 10 days to say something. Today it's day 9 and she said if I don't hear anything by tomorrow I should call on Monday and they will tell me something.

Did you include G1145 e-notification form on each packet you sent?

You should put your timeline in your signature. These are very useful for filers in the future to see how long things tend to take on average. I have been using these to monitor the timing of the July process (compared to the June or April).

Oh yeah I forgot about putting it into my accounts timeline. Thanks for reminding me . will do it now yey

So I am right it's a one-day mail! Haha, I paid $7 for the USPS 2-day delivery. How much was the Fedex?

I sent using Fedex 3day shipping and paid $8.95. But it was amazingly delivered the next one day only 😀 just like I-129F days.

The fee for Fedex next day delivery is $60ish , for 2day delivery its $19ish , glad we didn't opt those. we paid less but packet was delivered as express delivery yay

I sent mine via regular mail, those with tracking numbers, 07-05 and then it was supposed to be there at 07-07 but it arrived in the lock box the next day 07-08. Regular mail isn't bad at all. But let's wait what those people who sent via Fedex and DHL will say. I think theirs is a one-day mail.

I used FEDEX 3day delivery paid and it was sent and received the following day ☺️

My story is I came with K1 visa. Been out of status for almost 4 years, I just filed for AOS this month. I sent my first package in May, in a rush ( that was a stupid thing to do ), and we just moved. I filled out the first package wrong so they sent it back to me. They sent it to my old address and got lost in the mail since we don't live there anymore. AND my check got cashed by someone else and there goes my $1225. We reported it to police but there was nothing they could do because no one lives in my old address, someone actually just stole the mail and my mail was in the wrong place at the wrong time. My fault, we forgot to change my address with the USCIS. So there it goes, filed again this month and so far I'm waiting for my NOA1 in the mail. Good luck to all of us.

awww sorry for the $1225 that has gone.

Well goodluck to all of us. Another crazy waiting game

That's sad. I filed mine with the old forms and they accepted it. I was actually scared at first, although it said on their website that old forms will still be accepted until some time this August, I took the risk. Thank God that they did accept it.

Yeah lucky they accepted yours. She sent hers July 11.

So now, she's filling out forms over again and prepare other requirements. All papers on the packet have stamps. so back to zero.

Ok! I remember it being in the system immediately when I filed the I-129 so I will give it a week or so before I get nervous :)

Oh , ours was like 2days after receiving the SMS. 🤣2days considered a long wait huh 🤣

We got the SMS messages and emails stating our I-485, I-131 and I-765 form were accepted last night. I keep checking the USCIS website with our receipt numbers but they are saying the numbers are not found. Is there typically a delay in tracking the packages on the website?

Yes, just like during application for I-129F , it takes awhile before one could track it.
